I wanted to LOVE these and for a while I did...after only having these for three months there is already a whole in these slippers at the toe. I had my UGGs for over three years, and they still looked better. Very disappointed.

The soles are water absorbent. Yesterday I stepped outside on a slightly damp, not wet, just barely damp pavement to get the newspaper. I walked 20 or so steps. The soles rapidly absorbed as much moisture as possible. I did not realize it until I walked back into the house and left damp track marks all over my clean hardwood floors. Nothing in the description to indicate that the soles are unsealed, highly moisture absorbent foam that looks like rubber. I threw them in the drier. They do not dry. Ever. I tried slipping them on this morning to see if they would leave marks. They did not at first. But now, with walking in them, the moisture traveled to the foot bed. Even more annoying - the insoles do not come out and now the insole feels damp. Cold, damp feet. Not what I want in a slipper. And yes, as I kept walking putting pressure on the sole, the bottoms started leaving light marks on my floors again. If you never go outside or walk through any moisture left on the floor after showering, they might be great. They are not for me. They are going back. That is so ridiculous. I am so disappointed.

Started falling apart within a few months. I bought these because of the great reviews and am disappointed; as slippers go, they aren't cheap. I wear them inside on oak floors - and that's it. If they can't even make it a year on wood floors I'm not sure what they are good for. The little rosettes started unraveling almost right away; I would find pieces of them around the house. And then the sole started separating from the upper... it's like they were whip-stitched together and never finished. At 8 months since purchase they are no longer usable. Unless you only use them to keep your feet warm while you sit quietly reading, I don't recommend these.

About a year ago, I wrote a review raving about these slippers. I still love the look and feel of these cozy slipppers. However, they are not made for daily use. After having them about 9 months, they started falling apart. I have stitched them multiple times, but the sole is completely coming apart from the upper. I am very disappointed with the way these have fallen apart. I think they should last longer than a year!
