I wanted a simple pair of flip flops to wear with shorts but because I need shoes with support I had trouble finding any. These are perfect. Very comfortable and supportive. I wear a size 7.5 but they were not available in that size so went with an 8. They fit perfect - I think a 7.5 would have been too small. I highly recommend these.

Love the look and feel of this flip flop, but the straps are way too tight. I am not sure if I should just return then or go a size up.. does that even help?

I love the Reef Dreams-- or at least I used to. I have a pair from a few years ago, but they were starting to get worn out so I ordered a new pair. The new ones aren't the same. The straps across the top of the foot are much tighter now. I had to send them back. So disappointed!

I've been wearing Reefs since back when the only options were mens' or womens', cloth or leather strap, and wide strap or skinny strap. After being a wide strap devotee for nearly two decades, Reef Dreams are my new favorite! I love the medium width strap - not too thick, not too thin, and compared to the classic fabric strap, it dries much more quickly if you get them wet. However, compared to the older Reefs, these wear much more quickly. The coating on the footbed flakes off, leather on the outside of the strap flakes and tears, and the fabric lining inside of the strap wears away as well. I used to get 3 years on average out of my old style, but these last a year, tops. It's unfortunate that the Reef quality has changed so much for the worse, but, they are still the most comfortable flip flops around and I like them enough to replace them every year. I do also wish they would restore half sizes.

These are great! They feel super slippery when you first put them on, but since they're very form-fitting, it doesn't affect being able to walk around in them. As a person with very narrow feet, I partly love these because they are so narrow; usually flip flops do not conform to the contours of my feet so well.

These Reef flip flops are harder to walk in than other styles. The footbed, while padded and comfy, with moderate arch support for a plastic flip flop, is hard to walk on. It's very slippery, but as it gets broken in, I'm getting more used to it.

I have 5 pairs of Reef Dreams and have loved every pair except the last pair I purchased. They are so slippery that I can not wear them for fear of slipping out of them and falling. I love the waffle foam, they are so comfortable, I can walk all day on them. This is a big thing with me since I have had a total knee replacement. Sure wish my new ones were not so slippery, there are just sitting there, not being worn.

Great fit. Very comfy. My only complaint is that the color of the is not the same color as the sole of the shoe, meaning that the black material of the foot bead has already wore off in some places to reveal a brownish green color under it.

These are great sandals, and hold up well to walking on many types of surfaces. However, they do run a tad small. At first, I thought I would have to return them, but it was too close to my cruise to re-order. I wore them around the house for a couple of days and the fit improved considerably. I wish I had ordered a size larger.

Bought these because a friend recommended them for comfort and style. She was right! I wouldn't wear them for walking long distances but they are comfy and chic for short periods.

Love Reefs! I don't think I'll ever buy any other brand of sandals/flip flops. I do agree that the footbed is a little slick, so I definitely wouldn't wear it around water (swimming pool, beach, etc). However, with my plantar fasciitis, I needed a pair of sandals with a lot of cushioning and some arch support and this definitely fits the bill. It is so darn comfortable that it is now my go-to sandal wherever I go. Thanks to the many reviewers for helping with my decision-making and thanks Zappos for carrying such a awesome brand!

I had to return and reorder these in a larger size, but I did decide to keep them. I like them, but so far I am not in love with them in the "order two more pairs in case they get discontinued" sense. So I am not sure if they are worth the price compared to some others. Time will tell.

Too narrow between footbed and strap. Your feet would need to be very flat (not the arches) to fit under the strap comfortably. Reef quality has declined over the years. They are now the equivalent of cheap flip flops you can buy on amazon.

How to explain this...too narrow between footbed and strap. You would have to have very flat feet (not arches) to comfortably fit your foot in between the strap and the footbed. Quality has declined over the years and Reef flip flops now seem stiff and not as well made as in the past.

I liked the style and they are well made but there is a stiff piece around the ankle that cuts.
