Love the slippers! Second pair I bought!

I love coming home to these shoes!!! This is my 4th pair of Ansley's I've purchased over the years--if I'm at home, I've got these shoes on! I normally wear a size 7.5 in all shoes (38 in Euro). These are only offered in whole sizes so I ordered a 7. They are always a little snug at first until the "sheepskin" gets conformed to your foot, but these seemed exceptionally tight that I considered returning them for an 8. I'm glad I kept them because now, 2 months later, a size larger would have been too big. If you wear a half-size, and your foot is a bit wide, you might want to consider going up to the next full size instead of down.

I love these slippers, but just too small. So I am ordering up to keep happy feet.

Have ordered this particular size and style before and find it very comfy for indoor use; wouldn't wear outdoors or on errands as I like to keep it super clean for carpets, etc. As usual, it 's tight when I first start breaking it in due to thick pile. Am on my second week and it is improving so I can wear it for about 2 hrs. and then it feels good to take them off. Expect in 2 more weeks it will fit just right.

I have a pair of classic uggs in size 9 And absolutely love how comfortable they are. These slippers are cute and very plush inside but they were just too tight. I like to wear a sock with mine and this would just not work for me. Since there are no half sizes m, these will have to go back, unfortunately...

The fit and sizing is SO INCREDIBLY too small, way way too small. If you like a tight shoe, size up one. If you like a kinda loose house shoe go up 2 whole sizes and even those will probably stay on your feet. That said the quality of the house shoes, incredible. So very well made, the stitching is perfect, the symmetry of the shoes is flawless. the material used is very high quality, the flexibility of the sole is excellent. I am still giving them 5 stars because as long as you read sizing reviews and size up, you will be happy. The second thing I want to review is customer service, I logged into zappos via amazon and so I did not have an order number, they ship the pkg without a whole lot of footprint (much appreciated) so no papers/junk in with the shoes, and they were too small so I called. My hold time was under 30 seconds, and the customer service agent was quick, very polite, so helpful and offered 2 different ways of fixing it. She explained an exchange program that would send out a new pair without charging my card, giving me two weeks to send back the others (free shipping, they send you a label via email or mail) but if you return the new pair, it is zappos credit, or I could just send back the house shoes, OR I could do what I did and buy new ones immediately and send back the first. I had the money to tie up so ordered ahead. Their shipping is fast, quality of products are good, their customer service is excellent. No company will always have a perfect fit of product, but this company makes sure they figure out a way to manage any issues.

These are cute, warm and good quality but run small and don't have arch support.
