How can a shoe be simultaneously too big (my foot slipped out the back with every step) and too small (though i do have a wide foot). I am sure these are cozy and perfect for somebody, but not for me. I am glad Zappos has such a good return policy!

I have UGG boots. So soft and comfortable to wear. True to size and wide fit for my wide feet. The slippers I got in 9 since I’m an 8.5, and they were so narrow. I got the wide fit to. They were nothing like their boots, with soft and cozy fit inside. I’m so sad and disappointed. I’ll stick with L.L. Bean slippers.

They don't have the sheepskin on the outside anymore, the tab is too long on top of foot and the back stitching is not as decorative or nice looking as previous models. Have ordered these many times, but now they had made changes that are not in keeping with their beginnings.

Previously purchased this slipper and it fit fine. Recent purchase was too narrow in the tow box, so I had to return. Am still waiting for credit. Very disappointed on a couple of levels.

I have 2 pairs of UGG boots, a pair of UGG slippers and a pair of Ansley slippers all Womens size 7. I ordered a new pair of Ansley slippers identical to the pair I already wear. Same color, same size. When the new pair arrived the box said size 7 and the label inside the shoe said size 7 but I couldn't get me foot into them. Will not buy online again. Will stick to instore buying.

I ordered this as a Christmas gift for my sister. She said they were comfy. From the moment I ordered, I was inundated with emails from UGG (multiple a day).
I will never order from this website because of how harassing this was. They continued after unsubscribing.

Please be warned, these slippers were AT LEAST a full size smaller than marked-- the size 7 was tiny, they barely could be squeezed into a size 6 foot-- Had to be returned. I wish I had been warned that they run SOOO small!!

I'm so disappointed... I have the same exact slippers which I wanted to replace because I wear them so much. I ordered the same size, a 7. It was so small I could barely get my foot in. So I ordered an 8 and they are so uncomfortable. Even the larger one feels very tight and I can feel the stitching on the top. Ugg is not the same quality it used to be. I will be looking for a new brand of slippers.

Such a disappointment. Size 8 was too large and size 7 was too small. I tried this same slipper in the department store, and found the sizes to be completely erratic. If one is able to found a pair that fits, I believe it’s completely luck.
