did not have enough arch support for my wife.

Purchased a pair for my wife's Christmas present and we were so excited to try them, but we noticed an uncomfortable rubbing on the inside of the foot due to a sewing flaw of the sole. We will need to return via mail with an Ugg prepaid label for our order.

My girlfriend wears a size 3-4 so I got her the size 5 on slippers for Christmas and now I have to exchange them because they are wayyy to small even though these are a size 5.

Thought the Ansley's would be the same as he Dakota, which I've owned before, minus the decorative lace tie. Unfortunately my heel kept slipping out of the Ansley, so had to return.

I have never been so disappointed in UGG products. I can't wear them even for slippers. I ordered my normal size that I have always worn for UGG products. These are so wide they flop up and down with every step. They are very unattractive on my foot. I wasted my money and really didn't have the money to waste. I'm so sorry to be so upset..

I order my normal shoe size in these and they were a bit snugg, like extremely snugg so order half size up but they are definitely warm

I am usually size 8 for all my UGG boots, so I decided to order this one in size 8 as well. When it first arrived, it was too narrow. So I made a return and ordered size up (size 9), When it arrived, the shoe felt too lose, and not very comfortable. Unfortunately I was out of town when my second pair arrived, so I took too long with trying it on, and now I am unable to make a return. So I am stuck with these brand new boots that I have no use for. Very disappointed

I have NOT received my slippers. I believe I ordered them on 11/13 and still have not heard one word. I would ASSUME they are on back order. Please check for me. They are a Christmas gift. Thank you.

Way to narrow

UGGS are usually the perfect fit for my wider-than-average feet. These are very narrow. So disappointing.

Uggs are not built the same anymore, unfortunately.

They don't have the sheepskin on the outside anymore, the tab is too long on top of foot and the back stitching is not as decorative or nice looking as previous models. Have ordered these many times, but now they had made changes that are not in keeping with their beginnings.

Previously purchased this slipper and it fit fine. Recent purchase was too narrow in the tow box, so I had to return. Am still waiting for credit. Very disappointed on a couple of levels.

They slip on the heel and do not fit like previous pairs of the same slippers I have had from UGG.

I usually wear size 7, these are too small, while classic boots size 7 feet perfect

I had these shoes less than 3 months before they were completely ruined. Even though I water proofed the shoes, anything and everything stains them. 100 dollars wasted
