I have a pair of Ansley slippers that are 3 or 4 years old and decided to add another pair to my collection. Ugg just added them back along with a pair of returned classic boots. I have been a customer since around 2006 with a full range of boots, shoes, sandals, and slippers that I have added over the years & the quality is no where near what it was just 3 or 4 years ago when it started going down hill. The inside isn't even 100% wool anymore so when you step into it you can feel that it sits on a sole with no foam support & just feels like cardboard when you stand in it. The lyocell breaks up the thickness of the wool. Their is no plush. Why would a company that originated to sell sheepskin wool lined shoes stop doing that and start worrying about playing to the concerns of customers who are looking for vegetarian products? They know the soles are horrible too because they are partnered now with a shoe restoration company. I have had my UGG ultimate short boots since 2010 and the soles and inside are still in great condition. I've only needed to replace the insoles 1 time. Now, based on other long time customer reviews. The insole replacements quality are compatible to what I found in the Ansley slipper & Classic Short boot this season.

I don't think these are real Ugg's Australia? The insole is terrible- nothing like pure sheep shearing. The box said decker on it ?????? I'm sending them back. Also run small. I want my money back !!!!! I'm questioning this internet site also!!!!

Size 7 is equal to a size 9

Very poor service! Purchased 22 days ago and was never notified that they were never shipped. Also, they are no longer available! So much for a Christmas present! Extremely disappointed in Ugg!!

Used as indoor slippers. Threading came unraveled within a month. I've had the same style slippers that have lasted multiple years. The exchange process was fairly easy though.

Length is true to size but the heel is too wide and it slips totally off my foot when I'm walking. I end up stepping on the back of the shoe which is substantial and hurts. I got rid of the packaging so I guess I'm stuck.

My old Ugg's were 100% wool. They have changed the lining in my new pair. What I loved about my old Ugg's is that I could wear them even in the heat of summer and my feet stayed dry. Now as it gets colder in November with my new Ugg's, my feet sweat. I might as well have a cheap pair of slippers on my feet. I won't buy again. Will look at Other slippers with 100% wool lining such as Draper. Another nice slipper Co.

It used to be that I had to buy a size up because of all the yummy warm fleece. The new ones I just got feel like I've been wearing them for a long time. Fleece flattened out really fast and they don't feel much better than the ones I had for years.

I was very disappointed in the quality compared to UGGs I've had in the past - toe pan was too narrow, heel was too wide. It was if they were designed for a man's foot instead of a woman's.

The size 7 was more like a size 8. Way too big!

These shoes fit big. I wanted money and now can't use them.

I've had many Ugg slippers the quality was worth it however this pair would not last which for the cost they should. The fur inside was rough and scratchy, insole cushioning non existent and the colors blah!

Size 8 is too small and 9 is way too big. I keep walking out of the back of them. 8.5 would have been perfect except you don't make them in half sizes

I tried the slippers on and after walking around for 10 minutes put them directly back in the box. There is less cozy fluff inside the slipper, which causes them to feel very sloppy. This is the same size as I have ordered for 10 years.

This product is not at all like the UGG slippers, size 8, I bought several years ago. When I slipped into my former UGG's slippers for the first time, it was heavenly. . . and, amazingly, stayed comfortable for years. It was worth every penny spent! This item may look like the old UGG Ansley model, but everything about it is different. The new formulation uses synthetic material in its lining and doesn't provide the cushioning, fit, and comfort my old slippers had. The sizing is different too; I needed to go down a size to a size 7, and it still slides off the back of my foot. It's not the same high quality I had expected. What a disappointment!!!
