returned them because 8 too small and 9 too big

Bought my normal Ugg size, but these slippers would not stay on my feet. I had to return them.

I loved these shoes for the first 4-5 wearings. Then the footbed got loose and bunched up and now they aren't comfy to wear. Very unhappy.

I ordered these in a 6 because I didn't know what my size is in uggs, the size chart said I'm a 6. I received them and they're very small extremely tight . I'm a 6.5 in Brooks which is what I put into the website

Wanna send them back and exchange for brown ! Haven't even worn them

I was not expecting the itchy inner lining I must have been allergic to it.

I ordered the same shoe (size and color) that my wife has worn for several years. The color and size number were the same, but the shoe was too large. I have returned them. Thanks, Daryl

The slippers were too small So I returned them. I haven't been able to get anyone to answer the phone at the Dallas Northpark store since the day after Christmas. Even texted them as suggested by their website and no response. I need a pair of red Ansley slippers in size 10 (woman's).

they will last you at least a year, maybe 2 if you wear them every second, which you will you want to

I normally wear a 6. This is a 7 and is too tight. Sending it back and not replacing it.

I purchased this item by mistake on 12/6 and was told that my money would be back in my account from 2 to 10 days. I called my bank and they do not see the amount purchased back on my card came with someone please give me exclamation of what’s going on

Present for my wife. Size 8 way too big so exchanged for size 7, way too small. The 7 you sent looked like a kids size in a woman's shoe box. Returns are easy and that's a big plus. No slippers for my wife for Hanukkah.
