Based on the thousands of great reviews for this slipper, I was expecting more than an UGH experience. The fit was perfect, and I love the style and the soft faux sheepskin lining. Much to my disappointment, the left foot slipper has a label sewn inside the footbed, and it irritated the bottom of my foot. The soles are plastic. I have hardwood floors, and the right foot slipper squeaked with every step. I returned these the same day I received them. The only positive part of this experience was Zappos' great return and refund policy.

My normal size, 9, was way too small. Think Cinderella's step sister. Size 10 is too large...requires thick socks to keep from slipping off my foot. The sole of the slipper is designed smaller than the foot. When I walk, I feel the sole pressed into my foot. VERY uncomfortable slipper. My first and last pair of UGG brand shoes.

I was sent the wrong color

Zappos sent me a pair of used kids boots instead of these slippers

I ordered a B and aC width. They are both too narrow and appear to be the same width. Sorry, not for my feet.

My shoes never arrived

Need to add arch, lining makes it feel smaller. Would not buy again

The color espresso shows dark online but what you get is lighter color brown

I have the exact same pair I purchased 2 years ago. I wear them every single day, summer and winter. This pair is defective with the left shoe being larger than the right shoe.

After wearing these for a couple of months the insole on both left and right bunched up in the middle of the foot making for a very uncomfortable wear.

How something can crush your toes but be big enough in the heel to slip off your feet is beyond me. Congrats, UGG you did the impossible. These slippers are awful. The toe box is tiny but the overall fit is too large. For reference, I wear a US size 6, and have normal width feet. I ordered a size 6.

I had to return them because my feet could not fit into them.
