I wear 8.5 and Uggs never fit. I thought being fleece lined they might work but the 9 is too large and the 8 too small. I returned both pair and ordered Bearclaw slippers. Ugg needs to make 1/2 sizes.

The slippers fit me in the width and length. But the heel cup depth is too shallow. I’m a senior citizen plus and have never had this problem with any pair of shoes or slippers I’ve purchased. I have 3 pairs of Ugg slippers and wanted a new pair but sorry to say these do not suit me. I must return them.

the length was good but the heel isnt right....I have this slipper in other colors and have not experienced this before

these exchanged an 8 from a 7 which is my usual size, both were too big, the 7 would not stay on the heel was too wide, just as the 8. There is very little support. These shoes are cute and stylish, but if you need support these are not the ones.

I love UGG and the Ansley moccasins and have 2 other pairs. They are all backordered on UGG so I was excited to find the black ones in my size. However when I received this pair I noticed as soon as I started walking my right heel kept slipping out. When I compared the heels on the pair there was approx 2cm less material on the right heel which caused it to not stay on my foot. I immediately boxed them back up for return but would not give me an option to explain what was wrong so they may end up being resold... I also placed an order right away for another pair but it's been processing for 2 days... So much for expedited VIP shipping, so not completely satisfied but the first pair shipped quickly and even arrived early, just wish they weren't defective!

The fit was OK but they really weren't comfortable.

I tried both an 8 and a 9 (I usually wear one of these depending on the brand) and in both cases, the heel slipped constantly. They're comfortable to stand in, but I have no idea how anyone would actually walk in them. No thanks.

I found these to be quite snug and uncomfortable. I love how they look but they just weren't for me.

Way too small. I wish UGG had consistent sizing. These are just very uncomfortable.

Quality has gone down significantly. Shoe is ripping at the stitches and lining is rougher than in prior years.

Ugg has changed their slippers. My previous pair of Ainsley slippers is wearing out, so I ordered another, of the same size and style. While the appearance is very similar, the feel and fit are quite different. My toes were jammed up against the end (the new pair is about 1/4" shorter.) But the worst part is that instead of the prior soft shearling lining, these had "UGGPure" instead. UGGPure is scratchy processed wool product - Ugh!

Well made heavy lined but fit was narrow and short. No amount of natural stretching would make this show comfortable
