I used the measuring guide and ordered a 7w as that's what I measured and also my true size. They flopped on my heels. I mean I could get two fingers in the back so I exchanged (the exchange was very quick and easy) for the 6w. But they were way too tight, my toes were squeezed and touching the end. So I returned again for a refund. Still waiting on the $

Had to return. I wasn't sure that sizing up a whole size would benefit me or solve the issue

I chose these because they are cute slippers but regretting my choice. They aren't warm at all. I'll be going back to purchase another pair of my super comfortable and warm LLBean slippers.

They are beautiful but I bought them In my correct size and they are too tight. I even ordered the longer ones just in case. I wore them twice but they hurt the back of my heels, have to find someone to give them to. They are very expensive..

Soft enough but not enough sofistication when it comes to craftsmanship. It's bulky. It's raw. Not enofinesse for me.

I purchased two pair of shoes in this order for my daughter. This one, this one I had to send back.

The product color is nice and the inside is soft and cozy but unlike my other Ugg slippers, these have become so loose and wide in the width of the shoe. I would not recommend unless you have a wide foot because they do stretch out.

I purchased these slippers about a week ago. The right slipper has barely any sheepskin covering the back higher part of the heel. Very poorly made for the price.

I'm really disappointed about this slippers. The outside Suede upper feels hard and cheap. After a week of wearing them they have expanded a lot and they are loose on me (true to size tho, I bought them in size 6). I have the Dokota ones in grey and they are softer than this ones. Really frustrating with Ugg, not worth the money. I wish I can get still exchange them for the Dakota :( Ugg needs to keep their material quality standards- the outside suede is not what I was expecting for a pair of slippers.

The one shoe insert loosen and as a result keeps moving which is very uncomfortable when walking.

Ainsley slippers fit my feet. They are warm and comfy. However, the leather used for the uppers (across the top of my foot and toes) is dry, hard and unattractive. Like nothing I've ever seen or worn on any other UGG product. UGG leather has always been smooth and velvety to the touch. The leather uppers on my slippers feel like a piece of cardboard. Not too pleased with online shopping

I am disappointed to be honest. They look worn. The back of the shoe by the heel, looks worn, unless it's how the mold the shoe. This is my 10th paid and I have never experienced this before. They also feel very tight,like a size smaller

They are made really small I always wear a nine and they were way to tight then ordered a ten and still were to small!

I have several pairs of these slippers. However, I ordered this new color and the shoe stretched out more than my other pairs with just a few wears and the fur lining is already pulling apart. Maybe I received a defective slipper, who knows. Unfortunate because that other pairs I have received have held up for a long time.

This pair does not seem to have as much padding and are not comfortable. I have ordered these for a long time and my children have bought me some for Xmas. This is the first pair that ever felt like this.&

The shoes insole came out already and I've only had them since February.

This is my second pair. The first pair worked great for a year or two until they just smelled too gross to wear. This second pair I've had only two months and they smell gross but that's to be expected with feet in them all day. The problem is that the cushion/insert inside the shoe is not glued to the bottom well enough so it's already shifting down and now the tips of my toes feel the bottom of the shoe instead of the cushion inside.

I have been wearing Ansley slippers for years--they are my go-to footwear around the house and I love the ones I bought years ago. I ordered two new pairs because the old ones are getting worn down, and the new ones are not nearly as well-made as the older ones. The interior wool is not neatly positioned in the slipper and sticks out unevenly, including tufts popping out where the front meets the side of the slipper. More importantly, the material of the slipper is smaller than the same size was in the older slippers. It looks like the sole is the same but they skimped on the material so the whole thing is too snug. This product is not up to the standards of the UGG brand.
