I ordered a size 8 which fits me in every other shoe ever but was too small. I returned them and tried a 9 which was too big and the back kept slipping off. I was so bummed because they were warm and comfortable. I would have liked them if they had an 8.5.

Love, love, LOVE these slippers! Received them for Christmas, tried them on and they were so snug. With the help of a wonderful Zappos employee, I returned them right away and ordered a whole size larger. They really keep me warm n these cold months.

I ordered the pink. I would have ordered a turquois if they had it/made it. No worries though because the slipper was tight across the wide part of my foot. It also does not cover my foot securely enough to take steps comfortably.

I bought a pair 2 years ago....looooved it. therefore bought another pair of slippers from ugg closet. Even though it said free shipping it was not. It was not an Ansley and the part where it hugs the Achilles heal was not as high. As a courtesy they let me return for free. Then I bought the Ansley again thru the Closet sale, again it said free shippig and it was not. This also fell short ....not like my Ansley of two years ago. I am disappointed that they have taken a great product and trimmed it down. Back to back the new Ansley is shorter. I like it enough but not like the original. Besides at this point I have paid close to full price. If this is what they have done....don't know if I will buy another...it is missing the great hug of the slipper I bought two years ago.

the sizes run a little small. ordered five pair for family for Christmas. must return one and should have returned a second but it is worn a little, trying to "break" it in.

I love love love these shoes. Beautiful color. However, they were way too big. Hopefully can exchange for the right size and look forward to being able to wear them.

Every thing is really nice about this slipper with the exception of the top. It doesn't come back far enough to keep them on my feet while walking.

I asked for a pair of Ansleys for the holidays. I usually wear a size 8 in Uggs so figured I would be ok with the same for these. Not the case. The 8 was way too small so we exchanged for a size 9. The 9 still feels snug in the toe area so I'm hoping that once I break them in a bit they will be more comfortable. Other than that, the mahogany color is beautiful for a slipper and Zappos service was wonderful, as always!

Orders a pair for my mom who wears a 6.5. Sized down to the 6 as reviewed and she couldn't get her foot in the shoe. Exchanged for the 7 that fell off her foot. Very cute, cozy and well made. Just a odd fit.

I had trouble with the sizing on these slippers and had to return them. My normal size felt a bit too tight and narrow; not comfortable enough for a slipper meant as a comfy wardrobe staple. When I ordered the size up the slipper was good in the width but too long. I think they looked bulkier than in the photo. The UGG Ansley slipper ended up being a much better fit.

I was so excited to get these Christmas morning. So many excellent reviews that I thought these would be a homerun! When I slipped them on my feet, my heart sank. They were too big, suffocating, inflexible and slipped off my heel. I got a size 8 because based on reviews. I have a bony foot and typically wear a 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the brand. These slippers are well made and high quality. Sadly, I will be returning them. These slippers just don't work for me.

A little too narrow. Yes, they are tight initially but I find them to be much narrower than other Uggs I own. I'm sad because they are a really nice slipper and the gray is fantastic but I will be returning them.

I really wanted these to work. I loved everything about them except that the heel would not stay on my foot. Every step it came out (on both feet), then I stepped down onto the shoe with the next step. They were the right size, any smaller would have been too short.

I really, really, really wanted to keep these slippers! I loved the looks, the feel of the fur, the color, but just couldn't get them to feel good on my feet. I ordered a 10 and a 9. I initiatly returned the 10 back because it way to big. I kept the 9 and walked around the house on the carpet off and on hoping they would work out. They actually started to hurt the top portion of the bottom of my feet. They were too pricey to keep them and take a chance on them loosening up. I wish they would have been available in 9.5! Maybe then I would be able to keep them and love them!
I do love Zappos though! Their service is the BEST. I will continue to use them as my #1 resource for shoes. Thanks Zappos!!!

These were really comfortable when I put them on but when I walked they flipped off my heel. So every step I took my heel would come out of the shoe. Defeats the purpose of keeping my feet warm. Maybe with time the shoe would break in and bend easier, but I didn't want to wait that long. I returned them.

I got these for my wife and she loves them. Unfortunately she sprayed Scotch Guard on them to keep them looking good and dark spots appeared all over. She still likes them but it was too bad that happened.

These seemed a little short to me. My main complaint is the narrow sole. I felt like my feet were hanging off the edge and it wasn't comfortable to me. I really like these, but will return them. I'm replacing a pair of Sorel slippers that are discontinued, so I'll keep looking.
