I had trouble with the sizing on these slippers and had to return them. My normal size felt a bit too tight and narrow; not comfortable enough for a slipper meant as a comfy wardrobe staple. When I ordered the size up the slipper was good in the width but too long. I think they looked bulkier than in the photo. The UGG Ansley slipper ended up being a much better fit.

I was so excited to get these Christmas morning. So many excellent reviews that I thought these would be a homerun! When I slipped them on my feet, my heart sank. They were too big, suffocating, inflexible and slipped off my heel. I got a size 8 because based on reviews. I have a bony foot and typically wear a 7 1/2 or 8 depending on the brand. These slippers are well made and high quality. Sadly, I will be returning them. These slippers just don't work for me.

A little too narrow. Yes, they are tight initially but I find them to be much narrower than other Uggs I own. I'm sad because they are a really nice slipper and the gray is fantastic but I will be returning them.

I really wanted these to work. I loved everything about them except that the heel would not stay on my foot. Every step it came out (on both feet), then I stepped down onto the shoe with the next step. They were the right size, any smaller would have been too short.

I really, really, really wanted to keep these slippers! I loved the looks, the feel of the fur, the color, but just couldn't get them to feel good on my feet. I ordered a 10 and a 9. I initiatly returned the 10 back because it way to big. I kept the 9 and walked around the house on the carpet off and on hoping they would work out. They actually started to hurt the top portion of the bottom of my feet. They were too pricey to keep them and take a chance on them loosening up. I wish they would have been available in 9.5! Maybe then I would be able to keep them and love them! I do love Zappos though! Their service is the BEST. I will continue to use them as my #1 resource for shoes. Thanks Zappos!!!

I so wanted to have these slippers, but since they fit otherwise but fall off my heels, I will need to send them back. Perhaps Ugg slippers are not what they used to be?

These were really comfortable when I put them on but when I walked they flipped off my heel. So every step I took my heel would come out of the shoe. Defeats the purpose of keeping my feet warm. Maybe with time the shoe would break in and bend easier, but I didn't want to wait that long. I returned them.

Too short and too wide. Just not a good fit. Fell off my feet when walking. Boo hoo.

These seemed a little short to me. My main complaint is the narrow sole. I felt like my feet were hanging off the edge and it wasn't comfortable to me. I really like these, but will return them. I'm replacing a pair of Sorel slippers that are discontinued, so I'll keep looking.

I've worn Ugg boots for years, but never had a slipper. This year I wanted to treat myself. I tend to fall between size 6.5 and 7 in normal shoes. I've always worn size 6 in Ugg boots. However, I'm pregnant right now, so my feet are now a solid size 7. I ordered a 7 in these Ansleys, but they were WAY too tight and my toes were crammed up all the way to the end of the slipper. I then ordered an 8, which are too big. I decided to keep the 8's, as I'd rather slightly too big than too small. The sizing of these slippers are annoying. I can't say they're a great fit, but I've already worn them, so I'm keeping them. Also...they're not at all soft and cushy on the soles of the feet, which is disappointing.

I'm usually a 7.5 to 8 and these were uncomfortably snug. I've had this style before and though snug they loosened up. Not these, they are going back.

Pros: Adorable, nice but simple details, looks very well made. Cons: My heel slipped of the back immediately and constantly. I know I have slightly odd heels (in that I have always gotten blisters in that area), but this was so annoying that I couldn't stand walking around my house for more than a few seconds. Sad, but back they go.
