I have always had UGG Dakota style slipper before, but grew tired of the leather (or ribbon) bow on them coming undone constantly. I decided to try the Ansley. The website recommended I order a size 10, but when they arrived they were so large the heels would not stay on. I exchanged them for a 9. To my disappointment the 9 also slips off of my foot at the heel. I do not have narrow heels, this is a sizing issue with this style. So I have to decide on the lesser of two evils....falling off my heel constantly or dealing with the untied bow (after a few months if use). Booo

The only reason I did not give this a five is because once again the size is wrong for me. My last pair of slippers I ordered the size I wear and they were to small so I figured it would happen with this pair so I sized up and they are too big.

This product is nice but so much fur inside you need a size bigger. It is a tight fit but still snug and worm. I work on my feet all day so it help to stay comfortable.

I'm having difficulty breaking these in unlike Uggs I already have.

The left slipper is more narrow than the right, it is noticeable just by looking at them. Therefore, the right slipper is awesome, but the left is not. I'd return them, but I live on a small island south of Japan and shipping is a pain. If I could have picked these slippers out in person I would not have chosen this pair (If they both fit like the right slipper I would, but not the left). I'm hoping the left will stretch over time..

if you're a half size like me (example 7.5) order down to 7 rather than an 8 because the bigger will slip off. Although the 7 feels a tad too small. I guess you can't win when you're a true half size when they only offer full sizes. You'd think ugg would offer half sizes on this shoe so you don't have to either choose a too big or too small shoe

these slippers would have been fine if they didn't slip off my heels but I am 71 and cannot afford to take a chance of slipping and falling soooo back they went...too bad

I had a pair of Ainsley slippers that I literally wore out. I bought these because of the embroidery--I liked the look. The two pairs of slippers were the same size and the soles match up. But the lining on the embroidery pair is thick enough to reduce the sizing by a half-size. I kept the slippers because I am sure that as the lining tamps down the size will improve. But they are not as comfortable as my old Ainsleys!

ordered a size 9 usually wear a 8, shoe was so narrow......I couldn't even get half of my foot in the shoe..my son tried to force them on me, and saw they were just too narrow, so he sent them back the same day....I paid for them with Pay Pal...I just called my bank 10 minutes ago, and they have not had the $106.00 returned to my account...tell me where is my $106.00 you have the shoes, my son has the tracking number for them.

I often use them to go out and be comfy.

This slipper is comfortable in the length but normally I take a size 11 women's shoe and the width is fine. This slipper feels too narrow and actually made on of of my feet sore so I started wearing my old slippers again. I hope that eventually the width eases up and I can wear them comfortably. I did not have this problem with another brand of slippers of the same size.

I ordered a size 8 which fits me in every other shoe ever but was too small. I returned them and tried a 9 which was too big and the back kept slipping off. I was so bummed because they were warm and comfortable. I would have liked them if they had an 8.5.

I bought a pair 2 years ago....looooved it. therefore bought another pair of slippers from ugg closet. Even though it said free shipping it was not. It was not an Ansley and the part where it hugs the Achilles heal was not as high. As a courtesy they let me return for free. Then I bought the Ansley again thru the Closet sale, again it said free shippig and it was not. This also fell short ....not like my Ansley of two years ago. I am disappointed that they have taken a great product and trimmed it down. Back to back the new Ansley is shorter. I like it enough but not like the original. Besides at this point I have paid close to full price. If this is what they have done....don't know if I will buy another...it is missing the great hug of the slipper I bought two years ago.

the sizes run a little small. ordered five pair for family for Christmas. must return one and should have returned a second but it is worn a little, trying to "break" it in. attractive and perfect if fit accurate.

Every thing is really nice about this slipper with the exception of the top. It doesn't come back far enough to keep them on my feet while walking.

Orders a pair for my mom who wears a 6.5. Sized down to the 6 as reviewed and she couldn't get her foot in the shoe. Exchanged for the 7 that fell off her foot. Very cute, cozy and well made. Just a odd fit.
