I really like this shoe however they are not true to size. I normally wear a women's 8 which is what I ordered. The shoe is very narrow. I sent them back for a 10. Never wore a 10 in anything. Wanted to buy my son a pair of Moccasins. He wears a 13 in men I'm afraid he may need a 15.

I'm a size 6.5, normal width, ordered a size 7, I have to force my feet in. Once they're in my toes are so squished I can barely walk, when I take my feet out after walking in the house a few steps there are red spots on either side of my feet from being squeezed so tightly. If you are a half size, order 1.5 sizes up! these run super small and tight. My husband has a similar style in men's slippers and a whole size up and they are very tight on him but have loosened as the lining slowly has compressed. but a half size isn't enough. Otherwise I imagine these will be wonderful slippers, once I can return these for the correct size.

This is my 4th and 5th try at purchasing a pair of UGGs hoping that they will fit like the older UGG shoes. I have purchased different styles all in my size 8 (which by the way is my true size according to UGG) and none of them fit. They have all been too tight and too small. I figured the Ansley would be a sure fit but it too is made smaller. I compared these new shoes to my existing Ansley (same style #) which are a couple years old and they are smaller in every way compared to the old ones. UGG has definitely changed their shoe sizes. It cant be 5/5 of my "true size" is too small now unless they changed something. The width is smaller and the length is smaller but the size number is the same. I believe they have made them 1/2 size smaller. Not sure if they will stretch enough to keep them. GO BACK TO THE OLD SIZING PLEASE!

My daughter had a pair and they looked comfy. We wear the same size so I ordered the 8 as well but my pair ran small.

Shoes are wonderful and she's bought several pairs. Just will not buy this color again

These slippers fit fine, I bought a size up. I thought they would be more comfortable than they are. I am retired and wear slippers around the house every day. The slippers are not as fluffy and comfortable as I had hoped.

I am an avid Ugg shopper and have everything from pajamas, shorts, coats and tops, to boots, flip flops and slippers and have never found an item I didn't love until now. I wanted a pair of slippers that I could wear in the winter when the flip flops weren't working out (I live in Chicago) and was hoping these were it after seeing a friends pair but unfortunately these were not it. I typically wear an 8 in ugg boots/shoes so figured these would work too. Nope...they were so tight I double checked multiple times to see if I accidentally ordered the wrong size. I exchanged them for a 9 and those were still too tight. At that point I gave up and found another pair with a slightly different design and purchased the 10 which fit but still feel like they JUST fit. Bottom line, I would recommend them but I suggest going up at least a size above what you normally wear, maybe even 2, since Ugg does not do 1/2 sizes. Really hope they have some give over time.

Sorry they didn't work for me

I wear these all the time. I love them but They run small. I would love to wear them outside but since the sole doesn't cover the entire bottom. The suede gets dirty.
