For the price of these slippers, I have to say I'm very disappointed. I don't know why slipper manufactures decide to put tags right at the instep is. I have a high arch and the tag placement in both slippers is so annoying that I rarely wear the slippers. I cut the tag out of both however a sizable amount of the fur was also attached. Despite my being extremely careful, there is a hole at the same place as the tag. I thought a high class brand like UGG wouldn't do such a tacky and annoying tag placement. Won't buy them again.

The right shoe was larger in the heel and slipped up and down on my foot.

I wish there were 1/2 sizes

I love these Ansley slippers, but ordered a size too big, as my order history suggested I returned an item that was actually the right size. So ~ an Ugg system and my bad. I am disappointed that a product I would order again and again (the slipper fleece inner soles) is always unavailable. This item would extend the life of the slipper.

I wear a size 7.5 normal width for any type of shoe I wear. Ordered a size 8 following guidelines, toe box was too tight but heel constantly slipped out. I really wanted to love these for house shoes but I returned due to the odd fit.

Very well made shoe. Quality and very cute! I should have up sized, I'm a 7.5 but I returned these and felt I did not want to take the chance. I Felt as though two sizes up may have been needed? Refund came back super fast!!

I sent them back 3 weeks ago and have not received a credit as yet.

I have bought these slippers over the years again and again. This time I was so disappointed. The lining on the inside is cheap and not as thick as it it use to be. I have only had these two weeks and the lining is already matted and separated from the base of the slipper. So sad....

Day one, yes, I loved them. So cozy and fuzzy. But after a few days of wearing them, yes I know it's to be expected, the fuzz flattened. Once the fuzz flattened the heal started rubbing and leaving a red mark on my heel. My feet also get really hot in them, which I thought wasn't suppose to happen, sometimes it makes my whole body hot and I have to take a break from them. I do wear them almost all day when I am home so they are still good enough to wear.

I spend 80% of my day on my feet. When I come home I look forward to sliding into my slippers. I desperately needed a new pair and I've tried many different brands/styles and decided to splurge and purchase my first ever pair of UGGS. They are warm and comforting but for the price i would like to be happier. I've worn them about a week and there seems to be less fur around the heel than in other parts of the slipper. I hope the lack of fur doesn't eventually cause irritation. I would love to see the rubber sole on the bottom cover the entire bottom of the slipper. The way it is now, my feet seem to roll outward and do not hit the floor properly when walking around the house which makes them not as comfortable as they could be. Perhaps they will get better with age.

I'm giving it a 3 instead of a 5 because the insole on one has bulged so it hurts the arch of my foot. I'm going to try to glue it down. Otherwise, a wonderful slipper

I love this Ugg slipper and recently upgraded a pair I've had for the last 10 years. They are very cozy, I love the color, but I've only worn a couple times indoors and the inside of the sole in the right slipper is bubbling up which makes it quite uncomfortable to walk in. I have tried on many occasions to flatten the sole, but it continues to pop up. I ordered a size 8 (I'm a size 7.5 in normal shoes) and they felt pretty tight getting them on the first time, but they do seem to stretch out a little bit

They were very cute I was very disappointed that they didn't have those in a size 6 so I could exchange

Wear everyday - work from home. Not sure I made the best decision.

Need 1/2 sizes. 8 was too big, 7 is to tight. Great color! Gonna keep them see if they stretch out like most uggs do.
