Uggs only come in whole sizes. 8 is way too small, and 9 is too big. I bought the 8 and now can't wear them. Threw the box and paper work away. So I can't return them. Wish uggs could make half sizes. I love uggs.

It is hard to get a good fit in these Ugg Ansley. They either run small in length, or wide in the heels - that is with purchasing this slipper style in the same size. I've had two pairs of these in the past that fit great, but sizing seems to be inconsistent lately.

Too small. The size larger was too big.

To me they feel slippery inside and my feet slide to the end. Not a good fit for me although they are pretty as far as slippers go.

I loved the look of the UGG Ansley and was super excited about the color combo Thunder Cloud where the shearling inside was the same color as the suede outside - beautiful warm gray color. I’d had a pair of UGG slippers before that I loved - they were stretchy and close fitting almost like a low sock. I have a low volume foot - not flat footed, no collapsed arch, not narrow, I just have a ‘low n lean’ foot - not sure how to describe that! So I loved how those old ones hugged my foot. But they started to wear out and I discovered UGG no longer makes them. So I had to find something else. I settled on trying out UGG’s Ansley slipper. I’m between a 8 and 9 so I ordered both sizes. They feel so yummy on my feet…until I try to walk in them. My heels completely slide out of the slippers when I take a step. While the 9 felt better, the heel slippage was even worse than the 8. The 8 was nice and snug, I’d probably keep the 8 if the heels didn’t slip. There’s no way I could go down another size to 7. One other thing. This is very specific but wanted to mention it in case anyone else is sensitive. The inner sole of the UGG Ansley were the same as my old faithful UGG stretchy slippers which always gave me a contact allergy if I wore them barefoot. I am sensitive to latex/rubber and I noticed as my old slippers wore out on the inside, my skin was more in contact with the cut edge of the inner sole. This is one other reason that I won’t be able to make these work for me. Even with a sock the Ansley slippers slid off my heel and if barefoot they’d slide off my foot AND be in contact with the material in the sole that make my foot itch. I’m sad to send these back. I love how they look and feel but the heel slip and inner sole edge forced me to give a 3 star rating.

It’s perfect but the sizing is messed up. I got a 9 and it’s HUGEEEEE on me. I could fit 2 people inside lol Go Down on size.

Left one hurt my foot in the heal and I think it was just a manf. overlook. I wish they were in 1/2 sizes. Just a tad too small and tight and if I went bigger, they would have been too big

My regular shoe size is a 7 1/2, and I usually order an 8 in UGGs. I ordered these in an 8 and found them to be too snug to keep. I’m sure I could’ve worn them and they probably would’ve broken in a bit, but I didn’t like them enough to keep them without them feeling perfect on my feet the way most UGGs do out of the box. I thought the style was just OK; nothing special. I think they look cuter on the site than they do in real life.

They’d be great had I not tried 3 pairs to get the right size. First 2 way too big and didn’t want them to slip off my heel while walking. 3rd pair was very snug, but working them in I can tell they’ll still be snug, but better than falling off. I’m not sure why UGG doesn’t make 1/2 sizes. I’m sure many people would be appreciative if they did & they’d sell more!

exterior too soft, shape not holding up. bought a grey pair last year. better quality.

Bought as a gift for my daughter. She usually wears a size 7 which is what I ordered. The quality is nice but when trying them out her heel kept slipping out of the slipper.

I bought same style and size I’ve bought in prior years but these feel too small. I’m consistently an 8 in everything. Not these.

Not enough arch support

Disappointed- left shoe much larger than the right. Must return.

These were snug in the toe area but slipped off the heel when I walked. I am returning these slippers.

This slipper is cozy, warm, and nice looking, but it runs small and with all the fur inside it is tight on the length and width; it would be nice if there was a half size but there are only whole sizes.

After trying one pair of size 8s and two different pairs of size 7s I have come to the reluctant conclusion that Ugg slippers, or at least the Ansley model, no longer fit me. Unfortunately the size marking was no longer legible on my old pair, which I why I had to try two different sizes; I wore my old Ugg Ansleys comfortably for two years. Now the Ansleys size 8 are too big in the heel and I walk out of them and the size 7s are too short and too tight across my toes, so I've had to send them all back. Instead I went to my wonderful local shoe retailer and bought a pair of OluKai moccasins, size 8 which fit perfectly. Lesson learned.

Wanted to love these because the color is gorgeous and they look great. But the bed was too shallow so my feet keep slipping and the fit was tight at the broadest part of my foot (but the same size in wide was too big overall). And for Uggs, surprisingly not very plush! I returned and went with Olukai, which are less pretty IMO but so much more comfortable.

Cozy but Nope. Soooooooo tight.

Heel is super wide. The vamp is very low and the heel is very wide. Combined, makes these unwearable for me.
