I have never owned Uggs before. I normally wear an 8-8.5 in other shoes. After reading loads of mixed reviews on size, I ordered both the 8 and 9 to compare. The 8 is tight (my big toes push at the ends), but the 9 is loose and slips. I have been wearing the 8 around the house for an hour or so to see if they will stretch, and they are. I will be returning the 9 and am hopeful the 8 will be my perfect some time soon!

These run very small. Short length and rather narrow width. I normally wear an 11 medium-to-wide. I bought a 12 and it barely fits in length and the sole is a bit narrow. I can feel the edges of the sole. But they are so soft and warm I'm keeping them. In the future I will need to order the men's slippers, as my husband's fit me perfectly!

Love them. Comfortable, cozy & great looking.

These are nice and warm but not worth the price. The size is half to a full size smaller than marked and when I stepped out in the snow and the shoes got slightly wet, the dye came off onto my carpet. I would definitely reconsider these slippers due to the high price and dye. I have owned red slippers previous to these which were much cheaper and the dye did not come off when wet.

I ordered the emerald color and it's pretty true to the picture. Beautiful! Love the style too. Warm and fuzzy slipper and no ties. I had a slipper with ties and they were a nightmare! I was going to order these somewhere else but many places were quickly running out of this color in the Ansley but Zappos had them. I wear a 7 1/2-8 in shoes. I ordered the 7 going with review suggestions and I'm going to keep them even though they were very snug, especially with all fuzzy lining. I debated returning for the 8's but thought might be too big. Also hoping they will stretch. I love them but for the price wish I could have gotten a tad better fit with a 1/2 size. Also , I was also a little disappointed that the VIP overnight shipping took 2 business days to receive even when I placed my order at noon. Busy holiday season, I guess. I know, I know, I'm being picky! I was just so excited to get my slippers.

I originally bought a pair of Ugg Dakotas, but they were too small. I returned them for these and it was a great decision. They are a little snug at first, but once you break them in they are fantastic. Unlike the Dakotas they feel true to both size and width. I highly recommend them!

Nice slippers but not as comfortable as I thought they would be from all the rave reviews. Ordered a pair for myself and my hubby and have to return his because they aren't wide enough and don't come in a wide option. I'm usually a 7-7.5 so ordered an 8 like reviews suggested and they fit perfect but I think this will be my last pair. I can't return them now since I've been wearing them around the house all weekend. I like the pink, might wear them as a shoe and buy a different brand of slippers.

I love these! So comfy! I wish they looked a little bit more dressy.

I really like this slipper. I bought it to wear as a slipper, and love that I can wear it out and about if I want to as well. It is a smidge too small for me. I wear a 10 and wish they made a 10.5. I had read about others sizing up and the shoe falling off and decided to stay with 10. It works because I am using it as a slipper. It wouldn't if I had planned on using as a shoe.

These slippers are so cute in the photo and they are almost as cute in person... but, the cute "pinkish" Cactus Flower is really more of a purple. And my feet are a narrow 10 1/2. It's hard to ever find that size, so I usually order size 11 in all shoes. Sometimes they are too big, even. I ordered 11 in these and they were WAY too small. My toes were pressing the end of the slipper. Saying they run small is an understatement.
