They recommend you go larger - but they were huge. I had to exchange. I haven't received the new pair yet. But I am excited to get them. (Bummer the trip I ordered them for will be over before the new pair arrives.)

great color and super cozy. Only wish it was mentioned that these run a full size smaller so I didn't have to hassle with a return and re-order.

Waited 45 minutes on the telephone to do an exchange. I don't have time to deal with a company that doesn't have good customer support team.

These slippers are so cute. I wanted a warm and durable slipper which these are. I bought a half size larger but still a little tight especially around the toes. I like the wool interior and did not want a "faux fur" so would breathe. I am hopeful that the interior will crush down and mold to my feet better. I would recommend but Ugg should have a better sizing chart.

I've wanted these shoes for three years! I finally splurged and am happy I did.

I usually wear socks around the house in the winter but wanted to go to a slipper that would keep my feet warm, with no socks. These are perfect for that. I measured my size according to the UGG guide and I was exactly an 8 (I normally wear an 8.5 in regular shoes). I ordered a size 8, which are great for wearing around the house w/out socks, and a size 9, which fits well WITH socks if I want to wear them to the store, etc.

This she was great. It's a very soft, warm shoe. The only downside is that it doesn't form to the sides of your feet. I have a very wide foot and it pushes out the sides a little. But other than that it's perfect.I love them!

I have the black version with the zipper on top with the cubic zirconium stone (discontinued?).I love the "bling"; it shines nicely against the black. I would prefer the lining in black too, but no big deal. I wear them indoors but they are fashionable and comfortable enough to run errands. I wear a 8.5 and have a flat, wide foot. I bought the size 8. It fits snugly with a little toe wiggle room. The more I wear them, the more they seem to mold to my foot. They are warm and my feet don't seem to sweat in them. the rubber sole adds walking comfort, though for my flat foot a little wider coverage would be better. overall, i am very pleased with them.

This is my second pair of Ansley's. I purchased these as a replacement for my first pair that I wore until the lining was thin and the shoes were dirty. They are super comfortable - not too hot but keep your feet warm. I use them at home instead of bare feet and like that they stay on and warm your whole foot because they're not mules. I don't wear these out and about, other than maybe a quick errand, but that's personal taste. My only complaints are that 1) the lining smashes down VERY quickly, cutting down on the super comfort factor; 2) the lining begins to wear / thin out in spots pretty quickly; and 3) they are not easy to clean because of the materials used both on the outer and the inner. In fact, those three things are what made me need to purchase this pair after about 6 months of having my others.

I just received these, ordered a pair for my 95 year old mom based on reviews, but she didn't like them. We both ordered the size up as recommended, one shoe felt fine, the other seemed too big! I kept mine! I was only disappointed in the color, which is called "mahogany," but it is more a berry color and probably won't be suitable for wearing to work on casual days as I had hoped. Looks too much like a slipper in this color. They are comfy for around the house and your feet stay warm due to the nice sole and lining!

I don't like the tag inside the shoe. I cut mine out, but it should come perforated. I normally wear a 7, and the 8 is a little slim in the width but fine in the length.
