I love these slippers! They are my second pair of Uggs and I walked all the fur out of the last ones after 4 years. These are comfortable and durable. I'm in the hospital waiting for a heart transplant so I need something to keep my feet warm. I like the hard soles for my use here and for being able to go outside. I walk about a mile daily in the hospital as well. My only complaint is they rub on my heels but I can't be upset because I feel like I'm wearing them much longer than they were intended for

You need to make half sizes for people. Size 8 to small and 9 too big.

I'm typically a size 7.5-8. Originally ordered a 7 and they were way too small. Exchanged for an 8 they were perfect! Zappos was quick and easy!

I replaced my other Ansley slippers from 2-3 years ago because the lining became too compressed and they weren't comfortable anymore. I like this version of Ansley better because it doesn't have the little bow, which after a while would not stay tied. I never wore either pair out of the apartment, despite the sturdy sole. The new pair's shearling lining is certainly fluffy enough, but I'm not as comfortable in these because my feet stay too hot. We're having a snowy winter - the floor is too cold to be barefoot, but my feet get so hot I have to slip them off to cool down. They are certified UGG, they have the annoying label inside which scratches my foot while I'm wearing them, but they are supposed to be temperature regulating, which means that my foot isn't supposed to get hot. This didn't happen with the other pair, and doesn't happen when I wear the cardi boots. Not sure what the difference is...

These are great slippers. I only wear them in my house for I don't want to get them dirty. They run a size small. I normally wear an 8 and the 9 fit fine. Good for winter.

I really like the slippers. I bought my husband (the men's pair) for Christmas and he loves his as well. They're really great quality and cute. They just take a few wears before they loosen up. I am a 7.5 so I ordered an 8 and its a little snug but I think a 9 would have been too big. I think they'll adjust eventually. I'd buy them again and I'm thinking about buying my parents some as well.

Have one pair from last year that I LOVE, SIZE 7. I usually wear a 61/2. They fit snug & feel awesome, so I ordered same thing this year. They are MUCH to big & the left one comes off when I walk. There doesen't seem to be nearly as much fur in the new ones as last year's pair. So the new ones are TOO WIDE & I just can't wear them. VERY disappointing!!!!!!

I love Ugg slippers! I have the Scuffette II, Dakotas and the Ansley slippers. The Ansley's are my favorite. In my opinion, the Scuffettes are very comfortable and true to size. The Dakotas run too small, like an entire size too small. I'm trying to wear them as much as possible to stretch them out.The Ansley's run just a "smidge" big. I'm normally an 8.5 with a fairly narrow foot. The Dakota is tight! The Ansley is comfortable but if I could've ordered an 8.5, it would've worked better (I ordered a 9 in the Dakota also). The Ansley's are still comfortable and don't bother me enough to send them back. I love them! I ordered the Ansley in the color Cactus Flower....gorgeous!

I normally wear 8 1/2 narrow and have issues with slippers with no heels, as I cannot keep them on my feet! These slippers have heels and they stay on. While a size 9 is a bit tight with socks, they feel just fine after walking around in them for two or three hours, and I'm glad I got them as a Christmas present!.

After purchasing 4 pair of UGGS, this season, I didn't think that I needed to ask for the "Care Kit" that was offered "free" on my last purchase. As a result, I do not have a "care kit" :( Otherwise, I am happy with my purchases.
