So far the reviews I've read suggest they are true to size, or even small. That was not my experience at all. I'm usually an 8.5, when in doubt I can size up to a 9. Since these only come in whole sizes the choice seemed easy. However the 9 is enormous and my heels kept slipping out. Issue seems to be more in length, and not in width. Have to return for an 8. Fortunately the return process is easy. Another point of reference. My mother is a solid 9 so I offered them to her before returning. She had to turn them down because they felt too narrow. Her feet are normal to maybe slightly wider. Mine are very narrow. Width was perfect for me. For reference, I just received them. They were back ordered for a time suggesting they were waiting for a new batch to be manufactured. These would be from that batch. Not sure if that plays into the size issue and it's a batch problem or a general sizing issue. The shoe quality itself seems otherwise nice. Sizing issue was a bummer but not enough to put me off. I have reordered. Star removal for garbage sizing.

i loved the slippers but they are so narrow wish offered in wider and in half sizes ..sent them back :(

This was way too snug. A size 8 is usually roomy for me in UGG sizing. These were just small and tight. Guess they would be great for narrow feet. Otherwise they are very cute and good quality.

The shoes fits great, it's very warm and it looks amazing.

I absolutely have no complaints. My Uggs are Warm, Comfortable and the Sizing is Perfect. I own at least 7 pairs of Ansley Uggs; They are My Favorite. I look forward to purchasing more.

So comfy, warm and snug in the best way. Runs big. I normally wear a size 10 in shoes and sneakers but the 9 in these slippers (and other ugg products) fit great. My only con is the color. The espresso color is so dull and cold looking. I wish the color was more of a warm brown, more chocolate toned.

We exchanged an 8 for a 9 and even those are too tight. My dughter wears an 8 shoe. We will probably exchange for an UGG slide, even though they are $10 more. The inside of all the slippers are SO soft!
