I love the slippers however it would've been better if they had a 9 1/2.

We love the shoes but your sizing seems to have changed since the last time we purchased. The normal size was way too big and the size down fit but not quite as comfortably as former pair. Exact thing happened with a men's pair we bought around the same time.

I was previously buying Abeo slippers because of the arch support, but switched because they just weren't lasting as long. Love the design of the Ansley, just wish there was more arch support. I have issues with planters fasciitis.

I would size down as it runs large but overall I like them alot.

Narrow and nice. I guess they will become more comfortable.

I'm wishing you had half sizes. I went with a size 9. The size 10 too big, now I'm hoping to have them stretch as I wear socks with them,

I ordered the same size I had before but they don't fit the same - too tight - not wide enough but I still like them even though I can't wear them for very long

I bought a pair of Ansley slippers seven years ago and wore them out. I replaced the insole twice. They were comfortable and supportive. I could wear them all day. I bought a new pair in December and they're great, except the insole is not as supportive. It's now just a small layer of foam under the sheepskin. My feet ache after wearing them for a few hours of an evening. I will probably have to pay for another kind of sheepskin insole with support, since UGG no loner makes them.

I love these shoes but not sure they're made as well as they used to be. I feel like the fur lining is thinner than in the past.

So far the reviews I've read suggest they are true to size, or even small. That was not my experience at all. I'm usually an 8.5, when in doubt I can size up to a 9. Since these only come in whole sizes the choice seemed easy. However the 9 is enormous and my heels kept slipping out. Issue seems to be more in length, and not in width. Have to return for an 8. Fortunately the return process is easy. Another point of reference. My mother is a solid 9 so I offered them to her before returning. She had to turn them down because they felt too narrow. Her feet are normal to maybe slightly wider. Mine are very narrow. Width was perfect for me. For reference, I just received them. They were back ordered for a time suggesting they were waiting for a new batch to be manufactured. These would be from that batch. Not sure if that plays into the size issue and it's a batch problem or a general sizing issue. The shoe quality itself seems otherwise nice. Sizing issue was a bummer but not enough to put me off. I have reordered. Star removal for garbage sizing.

i loved the slippers but they are so narrow wish offered in wider and in half sizes ..sent them back :(
