The slippers are worth every penny. I ordered a size 8, my normal size. When they arrived they were a little snug, but not tight. After wearing them now for about a week I can tell you that it was the right size to order. They have molded to my feet really well and are so comfortable.

I LOVE these slippers! They are very comfortable and warm. One of my favorite purchases in the last year! If you have hard floor surfaces, your feet (and legs) will thank you! I wear between an 8-8.5., and also have narrow feet. The 8 fit very well. The nines were too wide and my heels slipped out.

I love these slippers. They are just a bit snug at first which was good. After a few times wearing they are a little less snug, but not loose at all. Perfect fit, great neutral color and I can run outside to get mail or dogs because of the sturdy bottom. I ordered an 8, I usually wear a 7½. My heels do not slip either and they did with others I had tried.

I got these for my daughter who usually wears a size 10 in Uggs, however they were too tight so she went up a size. perfect now, she loves them!

These are very cozy. My 12 year old daughter loves them! They are a bit pricey but Uggs usually are. Hopefully they will hold up long enough to be a hand-me-down!

These slippers were a Christmas gift for my Mother. She wears a 8½ and these come in whole sizes. Based on the reviews, I went down to an 8 instead of the norm of going up. That was a mistake, and I had to exchange the slippers for a size 9. My Mom loves them as she always complained about her feet being cold.

These are the best flip-flops ever! They are soft warm and super cute! And, best of all, Zappos' exchange policy is the superman of websites! Faster than a speeding bullet!

I'm size 7.5. After reading many reviews, I ordered 1/2 down (7). My feet fell asleep and my toes were poking out of the ends! They were soooo small. So I ordered an (8) to see how it felt. It was too big. I gave the 7s another try and sure enough, they gave/stretched enough to feel amazingly comfortable. If you would have asked me 48hrs ago, I would have not believed you. I was SURE I would be sending the 7s back. It wasn't until I was trying the 8s on and I had to sprint down the stairs for a crying child. Give them 24hrs and you'll be thankful you didn't get the 1/2 size UP. Final Recommendation: Go 1/2 size down if you are a .5 size. LOVE my slippers!

These are wonderful slippers. I want to wear them all the time. I am usually a size 7 or 7 1/2 and originally ordered a 7 which was too small. I ended up going up to an 8. Zappos made that process super simple!

I just wanted to say that I absolutely love these slippers. Regarding size, I am a solid 8½ and my feet are wide at the top and narrow in the heel. I was torn to go with an 8 or 9, so I got both. I went with the 8 and I am so glad that I did, the 9 would have been too big once all the fluff got smushed down. I have owned other Ugg slippers before and these are by far the most comfortable. I hope that Ugg keeps this style, because these are the only ones that I will buy. Zappos owners and employees - Thank you, I will forever be a customer. Your superior customer service, quick delivery of items and your quick turn around time of refunds is truly outstanding. Not to mention I love the interest you are showing in the downtown area of Las Vegas, you are bringing that area back to life and I love that!

Very cute slipper! They keep my feet nice and warm. At first they seemed so shallow and my heel slipped out to easily, but I wore them for a day or two to test them out. Now that they are a little broken in they are perfect. I even brought them with me to wear at a friend's house who was having a casual party.

I love Zappos since a two year. They provide excellent costumer service. I got these cute slippers that fit perfectly! I am size 6. They just are super comfortable and look cute! I love them!

I love these shoes. I have worn them every day since they arrived. They are comfortable and look nice. They keep my feet warm without socks! They seemed a little pricey but I am so glad that I bought them!

I finally wore out my original baby blue Ansleys after 4?+ years, one sole insert replacement and MANY easy cleanings with a suede product. I just treated myself to a brand new pair and looking forward to 4 more years. The original is still in decent shape after REALLY hard daily use and not actually worn out per se but I feel the baby blue is turning slightly and the suede matted. I'll save that pair for the cottage. The 7's are a true fit for me, tight in the beginning but wear in to a heavenly comfort. I work at home in a slightly chilled home office in winter and wear these exclusively all day long and into the night. With the rubber sole they resemble a shoe (no ties like the other UGG slippers) so have driven around & have even hit up the grocery store a a few times.The baby blue Ansley was nice but I just ordered the grey so they are not as conspicuous if I do end up out in them. I managed to pull my ansleys' used, soles out relatively easily, but know some people have issue with them being firmly attached. I had even pulled my original soles out , washed them by hand and put them back in! A fantastic slipper!

I gave these as a gift to my mother. She is hard to please when it comes to slippers, but these exceeded expectations in every way!!

These slippers are great. I love the color, and they are SUPER warm. They did run small-- i'm normally an 8-8.5, and the 8 was TIGHT. So i got a 9 and it fits well.

Personal service was great. Needed next size up. Exchanged next day delivery. Oporater was pleasant and helpful.
