I recently purchased a pair for my mother and myself. Her shoe size is a 6 1/2 and she needed a 7. I am normally an 8 1/2 and the 9 fits wonderfully. The inside of the shoe is so very soft and warm. The first time I slipped my foot inside, I literally gasped, expecting the cheap, rough feeling wool. But this is some sheep's real, silky wool. I would usually just buy a Target house shoe every year because $19 house shoes only last a season. These are definitely a luxury and pricey, but they are the best feeling house shoes I have ever owned. I justify the cost by reasoning that if they last 5 years, it will be an equivalent cost, yet far superior shoe experience to the annual $19 Target shoe purchase.

The size 6 is half size short, size 7 is 1/2 size too long for me;slips up & down on my heal, afraid after breaking in I would walk out of slippers. I do wear size 6 in Ugg Boots. Very disappointed I can not wear this warm slipper.

Love these Slippers! I had a similar pair several years ago that I wore out. I was never able to find anything comparable until now.

Zappos is a great company to do business with. They even sent me cookies when I exchanged slippers for a different size!

This is one of my favorite winter shoes. I just slip into them without socks - practically the entire winter (not great in a snowstorm). This is my 2nd pair and I got them for my mom, sister and son, who all love theirs. It's like walking on a cloud all day.

Best slippers ever! They were a little tight at first but then loosen up. They are great and I'm so glad I bought them.

The slippers are worth every penny. I ordered a size 8, my normal size. When they arrived they were a little snug, but not tight. After wearing them now for about a week I can tell you that it was the right size to order. They have molded to my feet really well and are so comfortable.

I LOVE these slippers! They are very comfortable and warm. One of my favorite purchases in the last year! If you have hard floor surfaces, your feet (and legs) will thank you! I wear between an 8-8.5., and also have narrow feet. The 8 fit very well. The nines were too wide and my heels slipped out.

I love these slippers. They are just a bit snug at first which was good. After a few times wearing they are a little less snug, but not loose at all. Perfect fit, great neutral color and I can run outside to get mail or dogs because of the sturdy bottom. I ordered an 8, I usually wear a 7½. My heels do not slip either and they did with others I had tried.

I got these for my daughter who usually wears a size 10 in Uggs, however they were too tight so she went up a size. perfect now, she loves them!

These are very cozy. My 12 year old daughter loves them! They are a bit pricey but Uggs usually are. Hopefully they will hold up long enough to be a hand-me-down!

These slippers were a Christmas gift for my Mother. She wears a 8½ and these come in whole sizes. Based on the reviews, I went down to an 8 instead of the norm of going up. That was a mistake, and I had to exchange the slippers for a size 9. My Mom loves them as she always complained about her feet being cold.

These are the best flip-flops ever! They are soft warm and super cute! And, best of all, Zappos' exchange policy is the superman of websites! Faster than a speeding bullet!

I'm size 7.5. After reading many reviews, I ordered 1/2 down (7). My feet fell asleep and my toes were poking out of the ends! They were soooo small. So I ordered an (8) to see how it felt. It was too big. I gave the 7s another try and sure enough, they gave/stretched enough to feel amazingly comfortable. If you would have asked me 48hrs ago, I would have not believed you. I was SURE I would be sending the 7s back. It wasn't until I was trying the 8s on and I had to sprint down the stairs for a crying child. Give them 24hrs and you'll be thankful you didn't get the 1/2 size UP. Final Recommendation: Go 1/2 size down if you are a .5 size. LOVE my slippers!
