Bought for my wife, she loves them but they don't fit. Reviews say they run small so I bought a size smaller and, nope, they don't fit. Go with your gut, if you wear a size 7 buy a size 7.

Runs small. I measure a true 6 and 1/2. I ordered a size 7, since they don't have half sizes. The slipper felt like a size 6 and was too tight for comfort. If there'd been an option for a 7 and 1/2, that would have probably fit my 6 and 1/2 size foot.

This shoe was true to size but something is different about them and not in a good way. They are not as comfortable as my last pair which I've worn for 10 years! The insole feels bunched up and there is no padding. I'm so so disappointed that I have to send them back.

They fell apart within a couple months. All four sides on each slipper came undone. I had to pull a few of the stitches to tie them back.

Disappointed in workmanship. Not as well made as the last pair I bought.

Disappointed in the UGG Ansley. My old pair lasted over 10 years with just replacing the insoles once or twice a year. Expected the same quality and comfort with a new pair. Instead, the fit was completely different. These were tight across my foot, but the heels were too wide making them slip off my heels with every step. I even tried with different weights of socks, but no luck.

Heels slip out when I walk in them.

I have narrow feet and my heel falls out of these. They do run a size too small. I wear a 10 and ordered an 12. The length was fine.

This is my second pairs they are smaller than the first pair I bought. It’s not just that they need to stretch out. The actual measurement of the rubber sole on the bottom is shorter than my old pair. As they don’t come in half sizes, a full size up would be too big.

I had another pair of these slippers and loved them. Wore them everyday and they finally blew a hole in the bottom. The new slippers came promply and unfortunately didn't stay on my feet at all. The back didn't come up as far as my other slippers and the sides weren't as high either causing my feet to slip out when I walked. So disappointed. They are extremely comfortable and warm but if they can't stay on your feet they are of no use.

I bought both a 9 and a 10 because I am having problems with UGG fitting me. The 9 didn't work, the 10's heel was too small.

I've owned several pair of UGG slippers, shoes, and boots and have loved them all. UGG is a very good brand and always extremely comfortbale. That's why I found it odd that hese slippers are extremely uncomfortable. They are very narrow, seem small in length, and are just not comfortable at all.

I have always like Ugg Boots slippers etc. But they are not like they use to be. They are much narrower and shorter then they use to be. Ordered in an 8 my regular size and they were very tight. Ordered in a 9 and not much better. So sadly both pairs wre shipped back. Look wise they were cute. But Ugg company better go back to there old sizing or sadly they will begin to lose many customers.

Cute online, cute in the box. Not so on my feet. I wear a size 7-7.5, sometimes wide widths depending the shoe. I figured the 7 in the Ugg Ansley would fit fine but that wasn't the case, I could barely squeeze my feet in these short, narrow things. Based on the fact that I felt as though I was busting out of these slippers, I contacted Zappos within an hour of delivery to exchange for some Acorns. Too bad, these really are adorable.

I wear a size 9. I ordered the size 8 after reading the reviews thinking that I should size down. Loved the look when they arrived, but, put them on hoping for a good fit....sorry to say too tight for comfort! So, sent back and waited for the size 9 to be available, finally were, and ordered them...still too tight. Maybe it my foot, I don't know, but, have to send them back too. grateful though, for Zappos easy return policy and procedures. Still a fan of Zappos, but, this slipper didn't work for me.
