Love these! Bought them for all the women in my family, everyone rocks them !

Bought as a gift for xmas and based off other uggs she had they were perfect and very happy to receive. Shipping was prompt and before the expected date. Will buy more from UGG and Zappos.

Love these shoes! Wear mostly around the house, very comfortable. Some reviews said to order a size down but I ordered my normal size and they fit well.

This purchase was a gift. The color is great. Recipient loves the Ugg brand and felt fit was true to size.

Great shoe at a great price. Fit is true. Would reccommend to anyone who wants their feet to be pampered. This is yet another purchase with Zappos amd very satisfied. I ordered a pair of boots 2 years ago from Zappos. The first pair was too large. I contacted customer service who was very accomodating. She explained due to the snow storm at their shipping facility they would not be able to exchange them till the weather cleared and was not looking like they woiuld get to me in time to visit my daughter in Banner Elk where there was 3 feet of snow with temperatures down to -30. She stated since they were not going to be able to get the correct size to me in time to go ahead and wear the boots I had and return them to Zappos when I received the correct pair. I WAS FLOORED! dID SHE JUST SAY WHAT I THOUGHT SHE SAID? So I asked her to repeat it, and yes she did say it. Needless to say ZAPPOS HAS A CUSTOMER FOR LIFE! If true service is what your after,along with quality products then look no further. You found it.

These are super comfortable and keep my feet very warm. I have really small feet and I wear a size 5 in other Uggs. These are no different.

I gave these Ugg slippers to my daughter-in -law for Christmas. They were a big hit. She loves them. I bought the mahogany and the color is really nice. My daughter-in-law says they are so comfortable and one of the nice things about them is that they can be worn inside and outside. With two small dogs and living in the city, she loves being able to walk the dogs in these warm and comfy slippers. Now I want a pair!

I purchased these for my mother after a friend told me they were one of her favorite, go to shoes she's ever purchased. My mom cannot quit telling me how much she is enjoying them and how comfortable they are and how many comments she gets when she wears them. If you're on the fence...get them!

TOTALLY LOVE THESE!!! This is the second pair. Wore the first pair for about 8 years and finally said…time for new ones. You will never want to take them off! Love Love Love my Zappos connection!

Bought these slippers online with zappos 12/22/16 and got them the next day 12/23/16!!! You can't beat that excellent service. My daughter loves these slippers - very cozy - and I'm so glad I bought them for Christmas Thank you Zappos!

Highly recommend these comfy shoes! I have worn them to a friends house for dinner as well as driving the kids around. They make me smile!! Best gift I received this year!!

I just got these as gifts for Xmas and they are so warm and comfortable for cold New England weather. I've tried other types of slippers and these are absolutely the best.

To long and narrow

After years of trying one pair of slippers after another to be met with disappointment, finally I have the perfect pair. My feet are nice and toasty, they fit perfectly and seem to be well crafted.

This is the second pair I bought for my mother. She loves them and wears them all the time. The first pair lasted about 3 years, and again, that was with nearly daily use.

Love these slippers. They are a little "tight" coming out of the box, however that worked great for me, as I have a very narrow foot. I would normally order 8.5, however UGGS do not come in half sizes, so after reading reviews, I went with th 8. They are a little snug in the toe, however a 9 would have been too big. These are perfect for the house, running errand's etc, Love them, cozy, comfy!

My daughter received these as a gift and LOVES them!
