The slippers are comfortable but not the comfort I had expected and hoped for. I ordered a size 8 and size 9 hoping that one of them would fit my size 8 1/2 foot. The 8 was too tight and the 9 my heel slips out with every step. I kept the 9 and gave the 8 to my daughter who also needs an 8 1/2 but could handle the tightness of the 8 better than I could. It's hard to tell what they would really feel like if they actually fit the way they are supposed to. It's an expensive shoe to just feel ok.

I originally sized up to a 9 but they were too big and slipped off when walking. Exchanging for an 8 was simple and seamless which I will give due praise for. Unfortunately, the 8 is too small and pinches my toes. So tight that no amount of give from the interior fluff over time would have helped. Too bad they don't offer 1/2 sizes - I really loved the look and feel of these.

This is my 3rd pair of Ansley UGGs. I like the pink they had last year better. Also I wish they had not dyed the lining pink. It looked better natural.
My other pink were size 7 and they are snug so I bought these in size 8 and they are very loose.
I wish they came in half sizes!
But I decided to keep them because I am still happy with them all in all.

I have another pair of Ansley's which are worn out so I needed to replace them. Old ones are a size 9 so bought these in a 9 also. They are big but I know an 8 would be too tight. Annoyed because I wanted them to fit as well as the old pair.

I love Ugg products, especially your Ansley slippers. I buy a new pair each time the old ones wear out, but this time the slippers don't feel as plush. It's my fourth pair, so I'm confident that I can notice the difference in quality. That's not to say they're bad - I'm wearing them, and they're fine. But this pair didn't have that Ugg "oomph", and I didn't say "aaahh" when I put them on. Hope that makes sense. Thank you.

I really want to live these. but compared to other Ugg’s slippers I’ve had these are just meh. I returned the first pair, because the padding on the bed of the slipper was pulling up just a couple of months after I purchased them making them really uncomfortable. the replacement pair is not much better. also not as supportive as other Ugg’s slippers I’ve had. would not recommend.

Kinda disappointed. I’ve been eyeballing these slippers for a long time. Husband naught them for me for Xmas. The slippers have no kind of foam or soft bottom to help cushion the feet. We have hard wood floors so I like having something to help soften the walking around. I usually end up wearing cabin socks with my adidas slides as they are way more comfy to walk in. In an effort to not have these things be a total financial loss I wear them when at my desk with a heater pointed on them as there’s not really a lot of warmth provided by these slippers either. I used to love Ugg items but these have been such a bummer.

Originally I ordered a 5.5 size for women. I found that it is important to order up to a 1/2 size - size bigger because the shoe fits a bit too tight. The color matched the photo and was very cute looking EXCEPT it was not very soft. The wool felt too course and not very soft at all or cozy. Just my personal opinion.

I wanted to love these slippers so badly and even gave them multiple tries around the house, but the sole of the shoe is too narrow for the instep, which besides feeling really strange naturally caused my feet to pronate. Each time I wore them I had a bad foot cramp immediately. I have narrow, somewhat flat feet, so it just wasn't a good fit for me. Overall, though, they are really well made and the wool inside is VERY warm.

I have bought these slippers in the exact same size in different colors over the last several years. The most recent pair I received was too tight and rubbed the center of the back of my heel raw, because there seemed to be a separation in the wool, perhaps due to a seam? I cannot wear them and gave them to my mom who wears a full size smaller than me and she found them comfortable.

I'm an 8.5 wide. I tried the size 8 (too small and narrow) and the size 9 (too big and still too narrow). They are very cute and well-made slippers. So it was really disappointing that they don't make this for common half-sizers, like me. The size 8 pinched my toes, I slipped out of the size 9. Because of the furry inside, I can't put a heal insert in to stop my feet from sliding out. Grumpy face. :-(

most reviews said to order a size larger...which I did. I was walking out of the slippers when they arrived and I know they're going to stretch. Would not order bigger

These look cute, but were way too small! I wear a size 8 in UGG boots, and that's with socks, so I ordered a size 8 in these. I'm normally a size 8 or 8.5 in shoes. I could barely even get my foot in these! This goes against what other people have said re sizing, but I'd round up if you're a half size and possibly size up one full size if you can. The ones I ordered were the chocolate brown color, so maybe they're cut a little bit different? I even checked the box and the shoes to be sure I was sent the correct size, as the fit was so off!

I have ordered this slipper for years. However, now they are much smaller and much narrower than before. So then I ordered a size larger...and the size larger was smaller than the first pair. I think Ugg is manufacturing too much product too quickly. Their quality control is gone. The brand is no longer as good as it used to be.

Heads up, UGG is apparently changing the sizing on these. I ordered a size 8 in chestnut and in black. I’ve owned many pairs of these over the years and needed new ones. I put on the black and my foot slipped out of it. I looked at the box and saw that the UK sizing was 6.5, whereas on my old pair it was 6. The chestnut fit perfectly, as my old ones did. The black are made in China and the chestnut show the Philippines. I am going to be devastated if they’re rolling out this new sizing because I can’t wear the size 7, which is a 5.5 in U.K. sizing. I don’t know why the black color has switched to the new sizing and the chestnut hasn’t yet.

I bought these to replace another pair of Ansley slippers I wore out after 5 years. The new pair is not the same quality. The lining is not as soft and is already matted. The insole does not seem to be secured to the shoe so has slid causing a lump under the arch of my foot. Overall, I'm not nearly as happy with this pair as I was with the last.

I've worn Ugg slippers for years. Now all of a sudden the new pairs I've gotten don't fit well. They are wider, not as padded in the footbed and they tend to make your foot turn out. I'm very unhappy with the new manufacturer of the slipper.

I wanted to love these! Normally i wear a 9.5 in Uggs. I ordered the 10 and they were SO long! I exchanged for a 9 and while the length was perfect, they squeezed the widest part of my foot so bad my toes started to tingle and turn purple. I supposed they might have stretched but $100 was too much to spend on slippers that "might" stop making my toes numb :(

I went down a half size...too small. Went up a half size...fell off my feet. Ugg you need to learn the art of a half size so us mere mortals can actually buy shoes that fit.

I absolutely loved the Ansley slipper but I wish I had listened to other reviewers about sizing up. I went with my usual Ugg size and now after a month they are still uncomfortably tight around the toe area. The heel part is nice an loose which worries me about sizing up that they will be to big. It may be one of those slippers you have to try a few sizes in to find your perfect match.

Bought for my wife, she loves them but they don't fit. Reviews say they run small so I bought a size smaller and, nope, they don't fit. Go with your gut, if you wear a size 7 buy a size 7.

Runs small. I measure a true 6 and 1/2. I ordered a size 7, since they don't have half sizes. The slipper felt like a size 6 and was too tight for comfort. If there'd been an option for a 7 and 1/2, that would have probably fit my 6 and 1/2 size foot.
