These slippers were my first Ugg purchase. My feet are wide and I usually wear an 8 to 8-1/2. I thought this style might be somewhat forgiving so I ordered my usual 8. Could not even pull it on! I returned and reordered a 9 and they are fine. Love the slate color. They are cozy and warm and will be my go-to indoor shoes this winter. I am so impressed with Zappos customer service and return policy!

Wear them all the time in the winter. Keep my feet nice and toasty.

My first Uggs & my first pair of slippers of this style. My husband suggested these and so glad he did. Comfortable classic. Cozy warm interior. Easy on & off. Merry Christmas me...wrapped and under the tree.

I wear and 8.5 but asked others who own these and they said go down and not up because they’ll stretch a bit as you wear them. They’re a little snug now but super comfy!

I wear a size 5 and that fits me perfectly. I love these shoes. I have them in multiple colors. The brown is a nice addition. I teach and these feel great for working on my feet all day. I don't actually wear them as slipper but as shoes.

I originally ordered a size 7 based on the True Size recommendation (7) but I should have gone with my gut and ordered the 8. I'm usually a 7-7.5. The 7 was definitely too short and tight, the 8 was perfect. These are so warm and comfortable. Love them!

I haven’t left a review for any shoe in the 10+ years I’ve been shopping with Zappos but based on the controversy of the fit, thought I’d finally leave one. I wear a 6.5 and all of my Ugg’s are a 6. I received these yesterday and when I put them on they were almost unbearable. After walking around the house for part of the day, they loosened up and by the next morning were comfortable! They don’t slide on easily like slippers I’m used to but also don’t move up and down when I walk. I’m definitely keeping them since I’ve been looking for a good slipper and these are super comfortable! I’ll probably even wear them out shopping since they’re kind of cute with leggings.

Ugg never disappoints in quality and craftsmanship. I think these run true to size but i had to order 1/2 size up due to not having my size so they are a bit loose
