I originally ordered a size 7 based on the True Size recommendation (7) but I should have gone with my gut and ordered the 8. I'm usually a 7-7.5. The 7 was definitely too short and tight, the 8 was perfect. These are so warm and comfortable. Love them!

I haven’t left a review for any shoe in the 10+ years I’ve been shopping with Zappos but based on the controversy of the fit, thought I’d finally leave one. I wear a 6.5 and all of my Ugg’s are a 6. I received these yesterday and when I put them on they were almost unbearable. After walking around the house for part of the day, they loosened up and by the next morning were comfortable! They don’t slide on easily like slippers I’m used to but also don’t move up and down when I walk. I’m definitely keeping them since I’ve been looking for a good slipper and these are super comfortable! I’ll probably even wear them out shopping since they’re kind of cute with leggings.

Ugg never disappoints in quality and craftsmanship. I think these run true to size but i had to order 1/2 size up due to not having my size so they are a bit loose

The fit is good but they are on the small side. I think they will stretch a bit and the fur will give a little. I am really happy with these slippers. They look and feel great!

I wished I had purchased these comfortable shoes sooner. They are so comfortable that I don't want to wear anything else. I wear a size 8 in all brands including these shoes and fit perfect.

I like the UGG Ansley for their absolute comfort and warmth. This is my fourth pair this year and I wear them in the house, running errands and even out to dinner at our favorite casual place. Lots of compliments. They do run a bit wide but that may be because my feet are very narrow. A medium width foot should have no width issues. I've solved the width problem with heal grippers and adding a soft insole to take up space. The Nightfall is a beautiful dark gray and the Sea Green is a stunning green/gray.

I almost always wear a size 8.5 M in shoes, but in these slippers I wear a size 9 M; the shearling lining is very plush. I absolutely love these slippers. My feet get cold, and these slippers keep them warm and comfortable. Because I have found synthetic pile lining crushes easily and begins to get smelly , I only buy slippers with genuine shearling lining. Also, I prefer moccasin shoes without the annoying rawhide ties which never stay tied. The Nightfall color is beautiful.

I wear these EVERY day! I love them. I’m normally a 9/9.5 - makes it difficult to choose sizing. Got 9 in these and they were snug at first but broke in quickly and they are sooooo comfy! Warm but don’t make my feet sweat. The grey suede is beautiful.

Second pair. Love these! A big snug at first but it’s expected as it’s new. It’s true to size.

My Ugg boots are an 8 so I ordered a size 8. They were too tight, so I exchanged for a 9. The 9 fits well. I love them. Typical Ugg quality, warm, seems well made. They're awesome.
