I love these, but they run ridiculously small. Size at LEAST one size up, if not two

Buy a size up, they are snug if you go with your usual size. I exchanged my 8 for a 9 and they fit great now.

I wear an 8-1/2 shoe. The 8 was too short, WAY too short, and the 9 was so loose, I walked out of them and almost fell. SO sad. I really wanted to keep them but just couldn't get the size 8 to loosen up.

My shoe size is 7 1/2. UGGs only come in whole sizes, so I ordered size 8; and they fit perfectly. Warm & comfy.

Love them. Very comfortable and great looking!

Cozy, classic, comfy. The fuzz packs down after a few days - when I first opened the box I was put off by how much fur was showing around the foot - but now a week or two in they look normal/nice. This is not an outdoor shoe, but has enough of a rubber sole to run outside and take the garbage out. Great for staying warm around the house.

i wear these every day in my house... i would wear them outside but they do not match my clothing style! i have nothing more comfortable

I wanted to love these slippers, but unfortunately they didn't fit! I wear a size 11 because I don't like my toes touching the front of my shoes. I realistically can wear a 10.5 but prefer the extra room, so I've changed all of my shoes to 11. I was really sad when these didn't fit, but didn't want to go back and forth on sizes in the event the 12 wasn't much better. I cut my losses and returned them.

Perfect slipper! They do run a size larger I felt like. I wear an 8 in the UGG boot but the size 8 slipper was falling off the back of my foot and too big. Size 7 is perfect and will fit nicely when broken in.

This is my second pair - the first didn't wear out - just left them at my boyfriend's house so I would have comfy slippers when I visit.

I absolutely love these. Feels like I am walking on a pillow. So comfy and toasty warm.

I love these slippers, but you have to know before you buy: The interior shearling fur is thick! If you order your normal size, they will feel too small! I returned some and ordered up a size. Couldn't be happier! I really like keeping my pair pristine, so I NEVER wear them outside of my house. They are literally my HAPPY SLIPPERS! Winter has no hold on me now that I have these toasty shoes.

Purchased for my 68 year old mother as a birthday gift...she loved them

Bought these for my college age niece who loves them. This is her 2nd pair. She said they are both warm and comfortable.

Great shoe and/or slipper. Perfect for me. Wear it when I get out of bed until I dress for the day. Ordered another pair in another color. I like the Ansley!

These are so comfy and keep your feet warm. I appreciate the “cushion” in these (often lacking in slippers.) I wear an 8 and had to return them for a 9. I think an 8.5 would have been perfect but better too roomy than too tight for slippers.

I've ordered 2 pairs of slippers for myself and they've been amazing....so much so that there have been a few days I've forgotten I am still wearing them, as I head out the door for work. My mum needed slippers so I just ordered her a pair. She's in love. So happy. Thank you, Zappos for your amazing service!
