Love these slippers! No one compares to Zappos for customer service. My husband ordered these in a 9 for a gift and used some reward points and a coupon I had. Unfortunatley, they were way to small in the 9 which is my normal size (in Ugg boots I wear an 8). I was bummed when they didn't fit because I didn't want to lose my discounts for the size up. With a quick call to Zappos, they got the 10's sent out to me at the same price. Love Zappos!

I live in these slippers. I get a new pair every couple of years but I wear them every day. They will feel fairly snug when brand new, but they loosen up a lot as the lining gets worn in—usually after a few times wearing them—so don’t be thinking they’re too small. They don’t get looser in length—just the general fit. Super comfy. I order my regular size. If I got bigger, they’d be falling off my feet once broken in.

When you wear a size 11, Zappo is your friend! These are so comfy!

The ribbon red was a bit brighter than anticipated so returned for different color. Great shoe/slipper.

I find that products manufactured in Vietnam Nam rather than China have a better fit. I’ve worn UGGS for years, China manufactured UGGS are different and not as well made

These fit perfectly. They are so comfortable that you forget they’re slippers and can easily be mistakenly worn to run errands as others have described.

I own many styles of UGGS. I love them. Comfortable, cozy, warm. Easy to wear.

I LOVE these so much! I live in AZ, and in the winter the nights can get pretty chilly. I jump into these pretty much as soon as I get home from work, and no more cold feet! Love the color as well, and getting them literally over night is fantastic! Thank you, Zappos!

Call me addicted! This slipper is simply the best! If fits great and is the coziest gift to give your feet. I wear an 8 1/2 or 9 shoe and got these in a size 9, which were a great fit. They are well made, have great longevity and are absolutely the best slipper I've found!

I read many of these reviews, and in the interest of being brief I will say Ugg slippers are wonderful, cozy, and stylish. I ordered them in fawn grey and a half size LARGER than my usual 8.5. The 9 was perfect. Thanks to all who warned of the slipper running small. As a person who wears slippers most of the day.....these are awesome....I just may have to get another pair in a different color!
