Fits a tiny bit small. I have to wear a thin sock. I tried a couple other style from Sanita and I couldn't get a good fit. These shoes are very comfortable for standing 10 hours a day in.

I was so looking forward to trying this shoe as I heard it is similar to Dansko but better. My first try with a shoe my size produced a shoe that is a full size too small. They are going back but I am going to try again with a larger size.

I just received a replacement pair of Sanita Professional Cabrio Blue Brush. I ordered the same size I currently have. The new pair is shorter and my toes it the end of the shoe. Love the color and look. Always wish they had a little more cushion in the foot bed of the shoe.

Very good shoe. The Dansko narrow version is too wide for the narrow foot, while the Sanita is better, but still a bit wide. It's a very comfortable shoe.

I've ordered size 39 before, which was very comfortable. This most recent order felt quite a bit bigger, by at least a half inch longer. I had to return.

I use these shoes at work when standing at my desk and they are very comfortable and roomy with a nice arch. I have a very narrow and skinny foot so there is too much width in the shoe even with the narrow size. I just use thick socks to help.

They fit like they are supposed to by slipping a little in the heel with walking, but it will take some getting used to. To be sure of correct sizing I tried some on in a store and would've ordered a 39 for the 8.5 that I normally wear, but according to the fit in the store I needed a 40, which is what I got, and they fit the way they say they should. The insole is also very hard, which I can't imagine getting acclimated to but I am going to give it a try.

Much better for big feet than Dansko. My toes hit the edge in Dansko's largest size and Sanita had a size that was actually larger than I needed. The brown color isn't just brown, it is a little weird in that it has random black splotches all over it. Not really sure what look they were going for there...

I tried these after having trouble with Dansko sizing (I almost always wear 9.5/40, but size 40 Danskos were too small and 41s too big). The 41 Sanita is just right for me. I also have a non-professional pair of Sanitas in size 40, so I'd say that, like Dansko, the Professional line runs smaller than Sanita's other shoes.

This is the 2nd pair of Sanita narrow clogs I have bought, since I found that they fit my narrow, very thin-instep foot better than Dansko narrows, and are lighter weight. As a museum docent I'm on my feet a long time, but need a clog that looks decent with dressier clothes and no socks or thin hose. My first pair was black patent, great. I wanted these in burgundy but my size not available, so I decided to get these in a shinier brown leather. Kept them, though I'm not crazy about the leather, which is printed with random, soft splotches of black here and there. Would have preferred them plain warm brown.

I was a tad disappointed in this shoe, because it isn't as narrow as another pair I own. It will fit better with a sock than just tights, but it's frustrating. Overall it works well. Just wish it was narrower and had a bit better arch support.

I am not sure what to think. Maybe I am just not used to clogs. This is my first pair and I am not loving them. I waited about a week to write this review in case they need breaking in. But these shoes are rock hard. Unfortunately, my feet are not. No insole support, the top leather hurts the top of my foot when I crouch down and they seem to slip around on the floor while I am at work (kitchen). They are also hard to walk in, when you put your heel down the step does not flow smoothly to the ball of your foot. They are clunky, to say the least. I will say Zappos was more than accommodating in their return policy.

Color is darker than I imagined, and fit is a little snug. I'm a true 38, but these pinch a bit. Sending back. Thank you, Zappos!

I love this shoe it is just way too wide in the heel area.I continue to search for a comfortable, cute shoe. Thank you to Zappos for making shopping so fast and easy!!

The shoes looked fantastic, but were too big. I am a standard 8.5 medium width (across shoe styles & brands). When I stepped into them, there was visible space all around the top, and my feet were very loose in the shoe when I walked several steps in the kitchen. As impressed as I was with the shoe, I will not order a size down (39) since it will likely be too small. Thank you Zappos for your (continued) free return policy.

I'm so disappointed. I've been wearing Sanita clogs for 15 years and they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. Sanita has made changes to their newer models. The size 40, which I've been buying for years, now feels too small; the size 41 is too big for me, however. They have added padding to the insole, which changes the fit. Older models used to have a leather-topped insole, but now it is some rough "microfiber,' which does not look durable. I sadly can no longer wear Sanitas, and will have to find another brand to rely on.

I love the look but Sanita has changed their insole and their sizing. I have always been a 42 M, but these were a good half inch short in the toe. They seemed narrower, too, but it was hard to tell because my foot did not fit comfortably inside. Very disappointing as I contacted Sanita before ordering and they assured me the sizing was the same. Other reviewers have said the company has changed its insole and it's taken up more room in the shoe, but that doesn't account for the short toe.

Just didn't like the feel of this shoe on my foot. I'm an old tried and true Dansko fan and these just felt too clunky and the leather too shiny for my taste.

I am an "old" Dansko fan. I do not like the fit of these shoes nor how shiny the appearance of the leather is. They also seem to be very stiff and clunky.

I currently wear a sanita clog in 38 regular which fits just fine. The returned sanita clog in 38 wide felt too large and was practically falling off my feet.

They were almost brown, and not the burgundy red I expected.

These shoes were weirdly tight across the top of my foot. I had to shove to get them on even with a thin sock and then they felt uncomfortably tight once on. Very odd. I'm a size 9 and have pretty average feet. I ordered a 40 which is a half size up for me. Other types of Sanitas have fit me fine. I also ordered the Dansko version of this shoe, also in a 40, and no weird tightness across the top. They're actually too big and I'll need to exchange for a 39.

These are actually DANSKO, which are too big for me. Sanita clogs do fit, so I am trying a different pair. These look beautiful and well-made, and will please those who can wear DANSKO. I hope Zappos will fix the item description to accurately reflect the brand, because there is a difference in fit. If these fit, they would get 5 stars. Ion

I have been buying Dansko and/or Sanita clogs for twenty years and my size has always been 40 for fall/winter clogs that I wear with socks (I wear 39s for sandal-type clogs without socks). I ordered a size 40 in this pair and it was too small!!! I couldn't believe it. I've come to learn now that Sanita has changed its sizing and you now have to size up... I came back to Zappos to order the next size up and they are sold out... So bummed! Size up if you have been wearing the same size for years.

Sanita has changed their sizing and what used to fit me (size 40) is now too small. I've been wearing Dansko and Sanita size 40 for about 20 years and now I've got to size up... Too bad they are sold out of the color I want in 41 :(
