Sanita narrow clogs are narrow--so they fit as they should. The color is as shown, a medium blue rather than a navy. Overall, these fit very well. This is my 3rd pair of Sanita clogs and they are consistent in their sizing. It's hard to find narrow clogs in my local stores, so I appreciate Zappos making them available. The shipping was amazingly fast as well.

I am in utter disbelief that I can now wear the shoes that all of my friends who do not have narrow feet wear. It is astounding, truly. I do not know why it took so long to find out that Sanita used to make Danskos, and that Sanita makes a narrow that actually is narrow, unlike Dansko's narrows, which swim on me. Having always worn tie shoes snugly on my feet, this style will take some getting used to, as it is supposed to slip in the heel (a tendency that I have spent a lifetime fighting with shoes). The instep is nice and snug, and I cannot put a finger in between the top of my foot and the top of the shoe, just as it should be. I am so excitied to finally be one of the cool people in cool shoes. Plus the added height, without having to deal with a heel, is fantastic! Thank you, Sanita, for understanding the meaning of the word "narrow!" I am giving them a four for comfort just because I have not fully gotten used to this style.

I have very narrow feet with fallen arches and my job requires lots of walking. After one particularly long and painful day, I came home and ordered these. To my surprise, they really are a narrow clog! Unfortunately, my feet are slightly too narrow, even for these. But, I can see why people on their feet all day long love these shoes. Standing in them felt great and talk about good arch support! They just weren't quite narrow enough to stop my foot from sliding and hitting the end of the toe box (which is why I've had to wear Mary Janes all my life). Still, if you have narrow feet, I'd urge you to try these. Unlike Danskos, these really do run narrow!

I have worn these clogs for over 10 years now. This shoe used to be called "Blueberry" and was a darker navy blue. It is much like the color in the picture, not a really a "navy" - more like a bright sky blue color. It did not look good with any of my jeans. The shoe itself fit my size 11 narrow foot great - but alas, the color was not what I was looking for. I currently own this shoe in black and brown and nothing beats them, for me.

In my never-ending search for a narrow clog that would fit my flat feet and soothe my post-surgical knees, I have gone through about everything Zappos has to offer (and they have been extremely accepting and cooperative of the whole thing, by the way). I started with Dansko's narrow clog and should have ended there, because these first ones were pretty good, and when I finally re-ordered the same clog, it turned out to be a completely different shoe, indicating what people here have said: Danskos, now evidently made in China, are extremely inconsistent and no two pairs are the same size. This second pair turned out to be wide and way too big, rattling on my feet. I had been reading about Sanitas, which are evidently the original Dansko clogs, and which are reputed to be consistent, and so I ordered these next, and Wow: these shoes fit. Possibly too well, I'll have to wear them indoors for a few days to see, but they are narrow, and very well-made. A bit too tight across the top of my foot, but I am hopeful. Think I'll have to get one of them stretched a big; the other one is perfect on my unevenly-sized feet. I'm not sure if I can live without weekly returns to Zappos and their weekly shooting out of my next choice to me, it's been going on for months. But it's getting old, and I'm very hopeful about my Sanitas. I can't help wishing some of these companies would make something a trifle more attractive for women with narrow feet, but I suppose you can't have everything. Both Dansko and Sanita make only one model in narrow. Ariat makes beautiful clogs, but boy, are they wide...sigh. I am actually envious of all the women here who speak with gratitude of the wide clogs they find. I am far from a narrow person, but I do need a narrow clog, and it would be great if there were more of them.

Lovely shoe. The top of the shoe though rubbed due to my high arch. Sigh. Really liked it. Great service as always. Nice shoe.

I love these clogs! The color is gorgeous and I gets lots of compliments. Dansko and Sanitas seem identical to me. I wear a size 9 which is a 40 (not 39 as the size chart says). I only wish there were more fun colors for those of us with narrow feet.

Wish I had found these before I purchased a pair of Dansko Narrows, which are really not that narrow! The Sanita Narrow is a MUCH better fit. I will be giving my Danskos away to someone who has a normal foot, because that's what their narrow is really. Thank you Sanita, now I don't have to worry that I will break an ankle when I slip out of my shoe.

If you're looking for pillow-soft insoles, this is not the shoe for you. But they are remarkably comfortable. The feel is firm, with excellent arch support. Heel slips out, which takes getting used to. I'm an 8N and these shoes fit very well.

Best-looking, least clunky clogs I've ever had -- the streamlined style and matte leather are almost elegant. For those reasons, and for the fact that they come in narrow width, I'm keeping them. However, the raised heel causes my ridiculously narrow feet to slip forward, making the shoes feel short. If they were flatter they'd be perfect. The toe area, which is somewhat shallow, also rubs against a hammer toe (my problem, not the shoes'). I hope I will be able to make these work with the help of a shoe stretcher and a little breaking in. They have the potential to be favorites but they're not quite there yet.

I love these shoes already. They are lightweight, unlike my Danskos, and after a week or so wearing them, my toes have become accustomed to them. At first they squished some of my toes and the first day they turned my socks black, but I haven't had that problem since. Love the oiled look.

Great shoe. I have a narrow foot and the narrow size was a good fit. The only criticism I would have is that it is a heavy shoe.

I was so hopeful that these shoes would work for me. I had heard how much more comfortable Sanitas were than Danskos and they came in Narrow. Unfortunately they did not feel any narrower than my current Danskos. They also do not have a removable insole which I need so I can use my orthotics. Drat! I cannot really give them a proper rating. They are probably great for average width feet and for people who don't need to wear orthotics.

I am a chef who is on her feet all day. I have narrow feet and arch problems, and no chef shoes have helped until these. These are so comfortable and supportive. I love them! I've had mine for 2 years and they are still in great shape also.

After years of wearing Sanitas in narrow, and finding that they're decreasing the colors available in narrow, I thought I'd branch out and try the Danskos. It did not go well. One of the shoes in the Dansko pair is considerably wider than the other, and neither feels entirely right. Sanitas are IT in terms of quality and fit, the one and only brand for comfort clogs. It just breaks my heart that their already very limited selection in narrow is being whittled down even further. This company has no idea how much money it could make off me if only it made more colors available in narrow! (PS. I think the style of the clog is cute but I'm doing 3 out of 5 on the Style stars because, you know, it's boring old black or boring old brown in the narrows with these guys.)

Wow, these are narrow! I have very narrow feet...A to AA in most shoes and the narrow in these is way too narrow, even for my little feet. I wear the narrow in the Dansko and they fit great. I really like these clogs, I'll probably get the regular width and see how they feel. I couldn't even get my foot in the shoe. I'm wondering if these were a defective pair or something because they were so narrow!

I love my new pair of Sanita 37N clogs. They are a huge improvement to my 37M Dansko clogs. What I did notice is that they fit perfectly over the top of my foot, but I still feel as though they could be narrower in the toe box and heel. While the heel is supposed to move up and down, I feel there is still a little more lateral movement than I would like. I am keeping them because the width, while not perfect is much better than my medium width clogs.

Only slightly narrower than the Dansko professional narrow. I have very narrow feet so it was a long shot, but these are not narrow enough. They seem like great quality so I still gave them 4 stars. They did not have enough arch support for me either (I have high arches). I think they are true to size in terms of length. I am a 9.5 and ordered a size 40.

I am on my feet all day and needed a comfortable and supportive shoe. I also have very narrow feet. I had tried the Dansko professional line in narrow width but they were still too wide for my foot. These fit just perfectly. I purchased them exactly one year ago and wear them 4 days a week for work They were comfortable and supportive right out of the box and have worn beautifully. Just take a damp cloth to them once in a while to spruce them up.

It's so hard to find Sanita in narrow sizes. This pair fit, although I did have to go up to a 41. It is so comfy! I hope it's as easy to care for as the Napa.

I'm usually a high heel, stylish shoe kinda gal but after a recent toe injury, followed by a painful cortisone shot, I took my doc's advice and bought this sturdy pair of clogs. I wear a 9.5AA and got a 41. The length is right and the width through the arch is ok although the heel is large for me. My heel is probably closer to a 3A or even 4A though. I've been wearing these shoes for the past 4 days and while I can't say they're exactly stylish, they're utilitarian and comfortable (and will keep my toe from hurting). I work in an office where suits are required and I can get away with these most of the time. I'd still put on my pumps for meetings though.

Purchased these on a recommendation from a friend that is a nurse. Found that they were too wide, even after ordering the narrows. Returned to try a different pair.

I was really happy to see a clog available in a narrow width. Zappos was great as usual in quick delivery of the product. However the shoe's heel was too wide and my foot came out of the shoe when walking. The front half of the shoe fit as a narrow should. I would recommend going a half size up - the shoe runs short. I tried my actual size hoping the heel would not come out of the shoe, but it did not help. I had to return them.

This shoe was wide in the heel and too wide for my foot in the rest of the shoe as well. I take a size 5 (34) narrow, and these were sloppy on my feet. I am having no luck at all. A great looking shoe and sturdy, wish it had fit me.

Disappointed. I read the other reviews and was very excited to find a "true" narrow clog. Unfortunately, these are just as wide as the Dansko narrows. I have no idea what the other reviewers are talking about. Neither are narrow. My feet were swimming in them. So, back to sneakers for work for me.
