Excellent shoe and excellent service. I ordered a bit larger to allow my daughter to have some room to grow into. Also I didn't want her to chaff badly while breaking this in. She generally wears her moccasins bare foot.

It was an adorable shoe, cute with her outfits and comfortable for to have on for over 3 hours plus they didn't get dirty fast because she's a busy body.

My 7-year-old hadn't seen the shoes until I opened the Zappos box. She immediately loved them and wore them to her friend's house that afternoon and her friend loved them, too. They were a hit. The pink dye in the shoes did turn her feet bright pink (socks would ruin the look). They are whole sizes only, so I went up to a 3 instead of her usual 2.5. They have been fine on the size despite her slightly wide feet. We'll buy another pair when she grows out of these. One note - I recommend a suede protector. The shoes do get a bit dirty looking without it, as you might expect with that material.

These are cute and easy for my kiddo to get on and off. They seem to be comfortable with nothing abrasive on the inside. She has been wearing these without socks, I'm not sure how they would look with socks, but they are pink suede insoles, so the bottom of her feet end up pink. These are also getting dirty pretty easy, but I may try to clean them up and put a suede protector on them so they repel dirt better. Overall, happy with them and will buy them again.

We love these mocs, they are beautiful. My daughter tried on a moc boot in a store and the size 12 seemed just right, if not a little small, so I ordered this moc in a size 13, which was HUMONGOUS on her, so I feel like the sizing is not consistent across styles. This moc size 12 is definitely bigger than Circo size 12s, which she is getting a little big for now, while this moc is still a little roomy.

My 12 year old daughter who has always loved shoes begged for these for Christmas. She loves them and says they are very comfortable, she has worn them every day since then that it has not been raining.

My 10 year old (size 1) loves these, they have been a great fall school shoe. She wishes they were available in all the colors that they are in the woman's line.

My daughter has foot issues, socks are a battle, most shoes are a no or a whiny pain. My daughter loves these shoes! They are comfy and easy for her to put on and she can where them with or without socks. She has spent the last year wearing these shoes, nearly every day. They are just now starting to come apart in the front, but I think that it is both due to the amount of wear and play they have seen and that they are now too small on her. We will be buying the exact same pair in whatever size she is now.

I am returning these because they run small. I bought our daughter two pairs of size 10 shoes for the 2012/2013 school year. I ordered these in size 10 and need to return them. I am going to reorder them in a size 12 since they are so small.

I stumbled across these while looking for Thunderbirds for myself and had to get them for my granddaughter (who is a fan of everything pink)! The quality is as great as expected, the pink color is bright, and the sole is great and grippy. They're true to size/width and comfy without socks. I've been wearing Minnetonka Thunderbird mocs for 35 years, and it looks like we've got another generation hooked! One note -- as with any similar shoe, there will be some dye transfer if they get wet.

Shoe runs a size smaller. Comfortable though my daughter is an active 3 year old no problems.

We've ordered these moccasins at least a half dozen times - they are a staple in my daughter's wardrobe because they are a great neutral slip on shoe. Do note that the leather color can bleed when they get wet, especially the pink and dark brown shades. That said, I feel like the sizing is always inconsistent, but generally runs a bit big, especially since she often wears them without socks. Overall, comfy shoes at a great price.

My daughter loves these moccasins and wears them constantly. Initially, we ordered her regular size, which ended up much too long. We sized down when we exchanged, and these have fit her well. Excellent style and comfort...we love Minnetonka! Also, I can't say enough about Zappos customer service. The individual I spoke with was friendly and funny, and we received our new order within 24 hours. Zappos is one of my favorite online companies!

These have a nice soft leather and look very well made. The didn't work for us, as my daughter has a narrow heel and the soft leather slipped.

Great shoes for kids. They are durable and easy to put on and take off. My daughter has a wide foot and these shoes fit great. She is on her third pair!

Overall, a time honored classic moccasin, however there seems to have been some changes to the design. My daughter recently outgrew the size 2 older model and we bought a 3 new style as they don't have half sizes. The 3 was too big so we tried another 2 which was too small. Anyway, we kept the 3 and will wait for her foot to grow into it. There is a new sole on the newer model which I'm certain won't last as long as the hard rubber on the old style. The new sole is thin rubber veneer over the suede bottom. Time will tell. I would give them 5 stars if it weren't for the not as attractive cheap new sole.

I bought these for my seven year old daughter. They brought back memories from my own childhood. She loved them. Keep in mind though that the suede is so soft that they aren't great for playing outside since they get dirty very easily. But they are adorable for low impact daily activities.

Cute slippers, nice soft suede, a little more pink and less red than in the picture. The only negative is that the rolled leather around the heel is less flexible than the rest of the slipper and I think it might be tugging at my daughter's heel!

These shoes are adorable, my daughter loves them. I did have to resend for a larger size. They are very comfy. The only issue was her feet turned pink from the shoe dye the first time she wore them!

I love Minnetonka moccasins. They are comfortable and a great price! I bought the Thunderbird style in dark brown for my seven year old and and she wears them all the time. The only thing is to put socks on for the first few wears. The die in the suede (I got the side double fringe in pink for my two year old) came off on both my kids feet.

I bought these for my six year old and he got tons of compliments on them. They are very cute and he loves them, but we have had some problems. We had them replaced after one wear because they got a hole in them. The upper has held up well on this pair, but the nubs wore off the bottom in less than two months. He still wears them and loves them, so I don't regret buying them.

I bought these twice. They are super cute, but one of the shoes started to come apart at the seams, so I complained, and Zappos sent me a new pair. Unfortunately, the new pair has one shoe that is bigger than the other and looks like it was put together badly. So now they don't fit. If you get these, I recommend inspecting them for defects.

I would NOT recommend this shoe! I bought these for my god daughter and they were super tight on the sides when trying to get them on. It would take about 5 mins just to get one shoe on. When I would finally get them on, they would hurt her feet for a couple mins. Anytime I pulled them out, she would not look happy.
