They are very comfortable with very good support. The big drawback is they refuse to give instructions on how to clean insoles.

these are a little wide, even for my wide foot, but they work. they are also a little long, but when you wear a 5 you sometimes make due. nice arch support which is important to me since i have a high arch.

looking for a slipper with a good arch support, this slipper has it. It's not pretty, that's not why I bought it.

Purchased these slippers 3 years ago for my Mom, who has plantar fasciitis, and the arch and heel support are life changingly good. Even after very heavy use, the arch and soles are still in great shape, and as supportive as when new. However, the fabric upper has stretched considerably to the point that even with the Velcro on top adjusted as small as it goes, the slippers are too loose unless she has heavy socks on. Wish Vionic would make a more durable upper, because otherwise, these are the perfect slippers.

I have had the Gemma slipper before but this time the fit felt off. The fit was fine even though I wear a 6-1/2 wide. I sized down to the 6 and the fit was perfect. The toe box was plenty wide enough and the heel cup did not slip. However, something with Vionic's arch support is not working the way it used to. I find the arch support much harder that in my older Vionics, making walking uncomfortable. Whether it is an issue with my feet now or the construction by Vionic is hard to say. I really didn't want to return these but I had no choice. It is still a nice slipper and the strap adjustment seemed to be ok, even though i didn't need it. I still recommend the Gemma for style and fit, even for a wide foot, but I am not having the best luck with their arch support. It also doesn't fall where it should, at least on me. Thanks to Zappos for easy returns.

Love my Vionic boots, but these slippers have taken a little getting used to. I guess I associate slippers with that "soft walking on a cloud- like feeling"... the kind with plush cushy memory foam that your feet just sink into. These are not that. The foot bed is firm, very much like a regular shoe insole, Its just covered with some fleece. They have moderate arch support, but not quite as much as my Vionic boots. I appreciate the support, but wish they would have put a layer of memory foam over it to make them more like a traditional slipper. For that I took 1 star off. If I think of them as a house shoe (and not slippers) I am more pleased with my purchase. Working from home they are easy, cozy, and supportive enough to wear all day.

Comfortable and provided the support I was looking for. I take. 7.5 shoe and 8 athletic show and the 7 was plenty big. Runs a little wider than I thought but overall I’m happy

This is my third pair of Vionic Gemma, so now I have them 3 colors. I buy them because my podiatrist said they are good because you can’t bend them in half. The only negative, is I have to have socks on so they don’t fall off my feet.

Felt very cozy but was very wide, and I was walking out of them.

I really like the look of this slipper - it's cute and fuzzy. That being said, it doesn't fit very well. I seem to be in between sizes - the 10 is HUGE, but the 9 causes my big toe to get jammed up against the top of the slipper. I may just be used to very soft slippers, but these definitely feel more like walking on a hard surface than something that cushions the foot. I have plantar fasciitis in one foot and the doctor told me to find a good slipper. Maybe this is what I need, but I'm less comfortable in these in my house than in my regular shoes for going outdoors.

Well this is my 3rd pair of Vionic Gemma and I have them in 3 different colors. The Vionic brand is one brand my podiatrist recommended. I have a bunionette, which is on the little toe, and my doctor said the best kind of shoe for me is one that has a very solid base and you should not be able to bend your shoe in half.

Good fit but that arch support is VERY firm and almost unpleasant, enough so that I decided to return them.

The shoe was comfortable. Great arch support. But extremely wide, even when I adjusted the width which made them hard to walk in. Had to return.

I have flat + wide feet and had hoped these would have a similar arch to Chacos but it's higher than that and a bit too much. Probably great for people who have high arches. I wear a 7-7.5 in Chacos and a 7.5 wide in most other shoes, although often buy an 8 if they don't offer wide to give myself enough room in the toebox and space to add insoles with arch support. The 7 in these fit me perfectly in all ways (with a sock on) except the arch, so I would say they run a half to one size large and are a bit wide with a very aggressive arch.

These slippers gave great arch support and were overall very comfy. But I returned them because I have narrow feet and kept walking out of them. Ordered a shoe style instead to try.

Like the look and “slip-on” style. Runs large by one size but ok since I’ll wear socks with these cold weather slippers, and since they are not washable!? Arch seemed excessive on first several wearings, but after just a week seems to have formed to my foot—not sure if that is good or bad; just hope they last for at least the entire season at this price!!

Fit was too wide, foot slid around too much. I think if this slipper style had a back, it would have helped stabilize my foot in the foot bed. Sad to return, as I liked the support the sole offered.
