I needed something warm to wear in the house, that also has arch support as well as not slippery on tile. Regular "booties" from the store never provide that. These were on sale, so I took a chance and purchased them as house slippers. They are surprisingly great for that purpose. I gave them a 4/5 because they only run in full sizes, so they are a half size larger than I'd like to make them a perfect 5.

These are ultra plush yet you can feel the great support. My regular slippers (ballet type) allowed the return of plantar fasciitis. Less than a week after the Vionics shipment arrived, there was more pain. As a senior, I'd love a strap around the back of my heel. These are soo soft!!

This is my second pair of the Gemma slippers. While they continue to provide the support that I need the quality is not quite the same as my first pair from several years ago. Could be a change in manufacturingand not so problematic to return the slippers. Just information that your quality control folks may need.

definitely size down even though it's a whole size. I wear a size 7 and sometimes 6-1/2. I bought size 7 and it's like a 7-1/2 or 8 on me. Next time I'm getting the size 6 especially since it's so wide too.

Great arch support in a slipper, and they're warm, but the thick sole makes them a bit clunky

These are just great for support and balance. I would have given FIVE Stars but they had a slight flaw, looked a little scrap. Not a big deal since they're slippers BUT, well you know However I am very happy with the comfort VIONIC Has Awesome Comfortable Shoes!

I wish these came in half sizes. I ordered down and feel like my toe is right up there. I also had to keep adjusting the top. Felt too tight, but then felt too loose. Still can't get that perfect fit. But having said that, these are all I wear around my house. Never go barefoot at home when you have plantar fasciitis. These have the support I need. And I love love love the leopard print.

Helps around the house so much with my foot pain. They are heavy though. Wish I could wash them. Great slippers for a great price!

I have two pairs and the fabric on the heels has disintegrated from use. I'm not sure if it's normal after a year of regular use? Otherwise they are great and comfortable, though a little tall and once in a while I will turn may ankle walking around the house. I do love them, though, and all the support they provide. I do wish they came in more vibrant colors, the light pink I have showed all the dirt and weren't able to be cleaned.

My feet are narrow so a different style may be a better fit for me. I love the arch support and the cushioned heel!

Support wise, they are great. I just can't make the velcro adjust tight enough. The right one is the worst, the left ones liveable.

I would've given this five stars except I have to overlap the Velcro to fit my foot. It's a little big, but I am able to make it work. The arch support is wonderful! And I like the way they look.

I have been buying Vionics for years since my foot surgery. Love the comfort, width sizing offered, and styles. The Gemma Mule slippers did run larger than all my other purchases of the same size. I'll where them with socks when it's cold out to compensate for the size.

I love the fit & arch support. My only complaint is that the slipper sheds black fuzzieshoping that's temporary.

While the arch is good the padding is hard. So I put a cushion in the slipper, problem solved! It runs a little wide so the cushion didn't affect the room in the slipper. Plus it has straps to adjust the width.

I like my soft slippers but my foot still hurts from plantar fasciitis. They are a little clunky and the arch is hard.
