This slipper has really helped my feet. I suffer from arthritis in both big toe joints. In the summer I wear my Orthaheel flip flops in the house, but during the winter I didn't have anything to wear. My hardwoods were killing my feet. The slippers are definitely a hard sole and I wouldn't say soft and cushy. That being said, it's exactly what I needed to cushion my feet.

Reviews Are Right: got rid of my hip pain astonishingly fast. Weary of paying $50+ for slippers but it was time to either get hip replacement ($$$) or these slippers. Adios hip pain. Wish they offered 1/2-sizes but not sure if 1/2 size bigger affects the arch? They're a bit like walking in barges but for the benefits, get out the tug boat and pull me for all I care. Worth every penny.

I love the Vionic shoes so I thought I'd try the slippers & I love them! I just wish I could find them in stores so I wouldn't have to order online. Never sure on the sizing.

I absolutely love them! I ordered one size larger than I wear in clogs and should not have. Other than that they are the most comfortable slippers that I have ever worn. They are soft and lightweight! In fact, more than once, I have walked out of the house with them on by accident thinking that I had my Vionic shoes on.

I am an over-pronator with unbearable presumed plantar fasciitis pain... Didn't think it could be my UGG slippers causing it, but it sure was! I felt so much better after switching to these... Took about a month but the pain is now gone and I can actually walk without limping in the morning! Thank you for your wonderful product.

These slippers are very comfortable and seem to help my plantar fasciitis. They run big. I usually wear a 7½ and I ordered a size 7 which fits perfectly.

I have many pairs of the flip flops and glad to have them as a slipper. I am a 8.5. The 8 was a little too small on one foot (my left big toe hit the end). The 9 is a little too big but since they are slippers, its ok. Wish they had half sizes.

Super comfortable, warm slippers with lots of arch support. I usually wear a wide shoe. These were wide enough for me.

Love them! They fit me perfectly. So, if your feet aren't wide, they may be too wide. I normally wear a 9 EE and am wearing a 9 M in these.

The main reason I purchased and kept the Gemma Mule Slipper is because I have a severe pronation problem that over the years led to torn tendons. I had to throw away all my cheap slippers because they did not provide the necessary arch support, which this slipper does. This slipper, however, is a bit too wide, even when you tuck in the velcro strap all the way. But I decided to keep them anyway because it does have superior arch support. Also, I usually wear a size 11 in an athletic shoe, but size 10 in this slipper was plenty long enough. As far as comfort is concerned, it could be a bit softer with more padding, but for now I'll put up with some of these minor shortcomings that are outweighed by the strong arch support.

I was pretty pumped about getting these slippers, have had them almost two weeks now and they are everything that I had hoped for! They are comfortable, warm and very supportive. I spend a lot of my time at home on my feet in the kitchen so I love the arch which keeps my legs and lower back from aching. I normally prefer wide shoes but these run generous so that was not necessary and these are half a size smaller than my normal size but they fit great! I may need to order another pair in the open toe style for warmer weather!

When I ordered these I had read the reviews & knew from trying another model of their slippers, that they would fit a little loose. They do, but they fit my arch which is the most important to me. Love these for the support, not because they're soft or cozy.

I love these slippers! First they take away my plantar fasciitis pain! Also they are very good quality, soft and supportive. I first ordered a size up because I wear a half size but they were too big so I ordered a half size down and they fit perfect. I highly recommend for foot pain.

I got these for my sister who wears shoes in the house. They have excellent arch support and she loves them. I have a pair myself. The width is adjustable by way of a velcro strap.

I do not write reviews, but I feel these are worth it. I received my package, Christmas Eve. My feet hurt so bad I had to open the box and wear them. My shoe size is a 9 - they might be a tab too big, however, they feel great. Even better they make my feet feel great. The arch support is somewhat hard, as others have noted, however, I need that, and it is comfortable. We all have different feet. Today is 12/31, and I have been wearing them since the 24th [everyday] they smell like feet and normally my feet do not stink.

Very happy with this purchase. I have always worn FlyFlot slippers but they are no longer available. Because I have such a high instep I needed a slipper with good arch support, and this item delivered just what I was looking for!

I received my first pair of these from my doctor's office and I loved them. I have high arches and planters fasciitis. I was very excited that I could find these on Zappos.

These provide amazing support! Having plantar fasciitis, I need something on my feet all of the time and these do the trick when I am at home! Warm, cozy, stylish and supportive. What more can anyone ask for?

These fit like the other Vionics that I have bought. They are extremely supportive, and may take time to get use to. I like them, and will continue to buy the Vionic brand.

These slippers are great. I also have the summer version and they are so comfortable especially on hard floors or ceramic tile. They have Velcro adjustment straps that never slip. The arch support helps with back and foot issues, and I would definitely recommend Vionic products for comfort shoes.

I needed help recovering from a broken foot, and time in a boot. These slippers are working to fix my feet, especially on my tile kitchen floor. They are not cushy, that's the point, but they have the structure you are supposed to have to fix heel pain. The colors are cute; a little more subdued than it appears in the picture. Glad I got these even if I sound a little clompy in them - its worth it!

I have plantar fasciitis that can be bothersome in less supportive shoes. In the cooler weather my usual Vionic flip flops aren't warm enough, and it only took awhile in low heeled slippers for me to realize I needed a supportive slippers. While not the most attractive slippers I have ever owned, they are very comfortable, with a nice sole that works outside. I was worried about the black staining skin and socks, but this did not happen. They have a nice arch and are warm and snug, as the Velcro (not a fashion statement!) allows them to be as snug as you need. A very nice slipper, sturdy and supportive as well as nice and warm.

Loved these slippers! The arch support gave me instant relief. I highly recommend them if you have feet problems.

Just got them last night. What a relief! I usually wear a wide shoe, but I was still able to wear these with no problem. I started wearing Vionic sandals 2 years ago. They have helped to relieve my knee and back pain. However, at night and in the morning I was walking around in my flat slippers with no support and I was miserable. Like all Vionics it takes a minute to get used to them. The footbed is firmer than my sandals.

LOVE the support. However, this is the second pair of Orthaheel slippers that the lining comes loose from the inside. I just ordered an exchange for the open toed Relax slipper so we will see if they hold up.
