I sized down to a 7 and these fit great. They are a bit wide and the 4 stars reflect that for styling...However these are honestly the MOST COMFORTABLE slippers. The moment I come home I can't wait to put these on...relief from heel and foot pain....Heaven!

I take Barre classes regularly and now the bottom of my heels have become painful. I got these, based on the reviews, and they are AMAZING! My knees and feet are aching so I put these on. ANd within an hour, my feet and knees feel better. Seriously. I always wear a size 8. In flip flops, I often size up to a 9. I do not like short shoes. I had to return the size 8s for a 7. They fit perfectly. Size down. And enjoy the comfort!

Wearing these slippers anytime I was not in my tennis shoes helped relieve my plantar fasciitis. They offer great arch support, have a solid base, and soft, cozy material for your toes!

Have been wearing Vionic Othaheel slippers for several years and now would wear no other slipper. They are most comfortable and comforting because of the great support. I usually wear a 7 1/2W or 8 Reg but size 7 fits perfectly. If you see the demo on a tv shopping channel, you know why a smaller size works: the orthotic that supports & lifts the arch results in a slightly shorter foot length. They probably run a little wide, since my feet fit. But the shoe is structured enough to support narrower feet as well. They are not washable to my knowledge, so I buy a fresh pair every 6 months or so. I've loved every pair!

I love these 9 M slippers but normally I wear a 9 2E athletic shoe. The slipper can be made a bit narrower, though. I have wonky toes that can rub on the surface above but not on these. Hope they continue making these forever.

I'm disappointed with my new slippers. I purchased a pair of Vionic slippers 2 years ago and I loved them from the second I put them on my feet! Not with this with pair. I usually wear a size 9 but the reviews said they ran big so to order a size down. They were too short for me but plenty wide. I returned them and reordered a 9. They are fine length wise, but so wide! I cinched them up with the strap and I still felt like my feet will slip out! I have to wear them with socks. Also the insole isn't as supportive as my others. They almost feel like they are made out of a hard cardboard! I wish they still made the same style that I had 2 years ago! These slippers were pretty expensive too so I am doubley disappointed! I would have returned them but I wore them around for a week hoping they would improve ... No such luck!!!

comfortable, light weight, good fit

Having developed a severe bone spur on my heel and having a treatment to help alleviate the pain, I had to rethink my shoe situation. Vionic shoes were recommended to so I bought a pair to tryout. I loved them. I also loved to go barefoot which my doctor said was a no-no! I looked up the Vionic slipper, read the reviews and couldn't wait to try them. Having read the reviews, I decided to go up a half size. This was a mistake for me, but not enough to exchange the shoes. I LOVE THEM!! They are firm yet comfortable. Not a beauty, but comfort always beats beauty any time. I would definitely recommend this slipper and the other Vionic shoes.

Very comfortable and supportive slipper. It fits well, stays on my foot and I really appreciate the good arch support. Great for all around the house and running outside to get the newspaper, take out the trash, etc. It's definitely not the prettiest slipper out there, the few color/design options are less than exciting, so you just have to get over the lack of color choices. If you like Vionic's other shoes you'll like this slipper.

Fantastic slipper!! Love it, so comfortable!! I have plantar fasciitis and they make all the difference in the word, keeping me from having more issues with the heel problems. My physician said in order to not have heel spurs/ fasciitis, the secret is in the arch support, not so much the heel. Fabulous arch support with the slippers!!

My first Vionic purchase. I wanted to see if they would relieve heel pain. I noticed a change quickly. Each morning when my feet hit the floor, there is less heel pain. I wear the slippers while I'm in the house all day. Walking on hard surfaces barefoot or in plain slippers was ruining my feet! I'm looking into a pair of Vionic sandals, too.

As with most Vionic and the previous Orthaheel shoes, they are clunky. The Velcro closure is adjustable but not enough to keep the slipper on my foot and I need to wear socks to help them stay on. I purchased these to help with significant heel pain. They are clunky, they are too wide and they are way too warm in summertime weather BUT they are the most comfortable slippers I have ever owned. When I get up in the morning, they are right by my bed so that I don't take even one step without the slippers. It's like putting your feet into marshmallow fluff! I always wear a medium width shoe but I wish Vionic would make these slippers and their other shoes available in a narrow width. Their narrow would most certainly be everyone else's medium. The positives definitely outweigh the negatives for these slippers.

Comfortable and true to size. Sometimes I buy my slippers a bit larger, but after reading other reviews, I bought exactly my size and they are a perfect fit. They are an orthotic, which means they have a bulge that supports your instep, which is just what I need since I have plantar fasciitis. I will buy them again.

I absolutely love these slippers! The Vionic support is fabulous and the shoes are actually cute, too. They are a great find. Thank you, Zappos, for carrying these.

I have these slippers in two different colors and thought that these were cute in the leopard print. I have plantar fasciitis and these slippers are wonderful for that condition. I do not wear any other slippers but the Gemma by Vionic. Although they are a B width they are quite wide as they fit me well and I usually wear a WW in a shoe. This is a well made and superior slipper.

I'm waiting for more to arrive in stock. I love these slippers, because I have a very high arch. They give support, so high-arch feet don't hurt like they do with a flat surface for your feet. You can adjust them for looser or tighter fit with the velcro tab across the top of the slipper. They are stiff at first. You have to break them in a little. If you don't have a high arch, these aren't the slippers for you.

This is my second pair of these slippers. I need arch support in all of my shoes and these work great for walking around the house.

I have arthritis in my feet and Dr. recommended I wear these at home. I was resistant, because I love being barefoot, but in a few days, my feet hurt less and they're comfortable! Runs a little wide, but that's good for my feet. Well worth the money.

These slippers are great if you have problem feet. I have very high arches and wear these in the house everyday year round. This is my 2nd pair because I wore the 1st out!

I have a wide foot, and normally order a C or D width. In this case, I ordered "normal" and, yes, they do run wide. I just got them today, so I don't know if the arch support is sufficient or not, yet (I also have high arches)!
