NB MWM756 is a strange and unusual walker in some refreshing ways. They're light but toughly constructed. They have a running shoe heel & shock absorbing sole, but a 3-panel semi-moccasin toe. They have slip-on simplicity but are as stable as a laced sport shoe. In the toebox they fit much like a K Swiss tennis shoe though, which has for many years used a similar panel arrangement. The advantage seems to be compliance in bending where your toes aren't competing with folder leather for space. The disadvantage is that they seem sensitive to overall foot girth. People with larger foot bones at a given width overall, might consider ordering the next wider width. I'm a 3E, but 4E in this model is a dream fit. But then I'm a gorilla compared to Fred Astaire. Lastly, If you're looking for slip-on loafers you can just kick off your feet...you can kick a football, your mother-in-law, or a nasty smoking habit with these things and they'll stay on your feet. When running for your life...or to shorten someone else's, this could be a bonus.

My husband is finally happy with a pair of shoes. His foot and back pain are greatly improved while wearing these shoes. Going to order another pair soon.

Got these shoes for my husband who's not a big fan of slip ons but he loves these.

I initially loved these shoes. It's not easy to find shoes for my size 4E feet that are both comfy and stylish! They fit snugly so that I needed a shoehorn to put them on the first few times. However, the right one causes my foot to hurt down by my heal. Have no idea why. I'm so disappointed.

I bought these for my husband who always has trouble finding shoes wide enough to fit his feet comfortably. I was a little worried about them being slip-ons, but they have worked out wonderfully. They fit him well and are very comfortable. Other than some minor fraying towards the toe area (after a decent amount of use), they are holding up well.

I can only wear New Balance due to a large, very wide foot (4E). These are the only casual shoe that is comfortable and looks good that I have found. I will absolutely be ordering these again.

Loved this shoe so much, but (only because it's probably my foot) I got a blister on the back of my heal near top of shoe. I am bummed because these are otherwise amazingly comfortable. I actually bought them for my husband for Christmas, but when I tried them on, I couldn't take them off, so I got him another pair!

This is my second pair as the first one did not last as long as I expected, but good old Zappos obliged by exchanging it free of cost. Had it not been for the excellent Zappos Customer Service, I might not have bought the same shoe twice. Let's see how long the second pair lasts?

I have the Model 755 in size 10 and they fit fine but the 756 were tight so I bought 10 1/2 and they were also a little tight. The 756 is not a one-for-one replacement for the 755.

I typically wear a size 11.5 (like in Vans classic slipons, for example), so I first ordered these in that size but they were way too tight. So I exchanged them for the size 12 and they were still too small (seriously?). They're not available in a 12.5, which meant I had to exchange the 12s for 13s, and the 13 fits, but it's pretty loose and my foot kinda slides around inside. I'll definitely need to get some inserts to make them fit more snugly. This is my first pair of New Balance shoes so I suppose they just run really small, so keep that in mind when ordering. As for the quality, they seem really well made. I guess I'll see how long they last

They were too small to slip on in my normal size. I had to use a shoe horn. I guess I should have ordered bigger ones. I decided not to risk trying the larger size and wound up ordering a conventional walking shoe.

The shoe is very comfortable to wear. Walking in them is great. However, they are very, very difficult to put on; I really do not like the process of putting them on. Cannot be done without a shoe horn, and even then, it is very difficult. While my feet are normal in dimension, the shoe opening is way too small. I am not sure that I will buy another pair.
I very much preferred the New Balance Rugged Walker, which, to my great disappointment, has been discontinued.

Too snug for my feet. Might be OK for a younger person, but there's just not enough toe box space for comfort. It's a design issue, not a size issue. This shoe is not an easy off/on proposition, and a shoe horn may be required for some. Mildly disappointed at best, but too lazy to bother returning them. The appearance is OK, and the build quality is good, but this shoe is nothing special, and there are better shoes available for the same price.

I first tried these shoes in my normal size, 11½. That was too small. So I swapped them for a size 12 and was surprised to find that they were still too small. Not having the option of ordering a 12½, I had to go up to a size 13. These fit decently but are too large. I have added non-slip heel pads that I purchased at a drug store and they help a little, but the shoes still slip, especially on my (slightly smaller) left foot. I have even tried adding gel insoles, and that has not helped. Cotton in the toes? That just makes them feel weird. Overall I am not pleased and wish that I had simply returned the size 13 and ordered something else, but now I am stuck with these and trying to make do. I even wear thick socks and that does not help. About the only way I can get these to fit properly is if I wear two pairs of socks, which make my feet sweat like you would not believe. I do not think that I will be ordering New Balance again until they can figure out how better to size their shoes, or offer a 12½. My feet are not freakishly large; these shoes should fit.

Perhaps my example of this shoe was a fluke. I have worn New Balance shoes before and in a similar last style, too. However, the toe box on this pair immediately seemed peculiarly tight. This may have been due to the lightly cushioned inner fabric liner, and this feature also created the main issue for me. There was a thick seam sewn across the top. This was located right above the first joint of each large toe and it wrapped around across all toes on both feet. This band was far tighter than the rest of the inner liner and created what felt like a tightly gripping belt across the toe box which could not possibly go unnoticed. It was so uncomfortable that I could not even consider wearing these indoors for more than a few minutes. I really wanted to like these shoes and even tested them with thicker or thinner socks hoping I might find a perfect formula for diminishing that pronounced discomfort. Nothing helped. I have never experienced this with any other New Balance shoe before and recently a local N.B. store again confirmed my correctly measured size. With that odd feature incorporated into these shoes, there is no way I would even consider exchanging these shoes for a larger or wider size. These are a lower price point shoe (and made in China)...perhaps N.B. is now cutting too many corners and opting for lower quality just to retain their market share. Personally, I'd gladly pay considerably more for a superior product in a similar style. I have never had to make use of Zappos return system before. It was definitely welcome in this case. I was able to easily print out a return shipping label and simply dropped of the return parcel at my local US Post Office. - Great job on that, Zappos!

The size of this shoe is smaller than other New Balance shoes that I wear. I ordered the same size as my NB running shoes and found they are at least one size too small. They are being returned.

Definitely a very snug-fitting shoe. My feet are regular width, so I ordered the regular width shoes. I figured they were just a bit tight at first due to the fact that they are slip-ons, so I put them on and headed out on a short walk around the neighborhood with the dogs and kids. Well, that was a pricey mistake, because now they have been "worn" and I can't return them. They are too tight and make my feet hurt. Guess I won't be buying shoes online anymore.
