Forced to purchase sandals after my luggage was stolen. Not excited about shopping for replacement - HOWEVER - finding these shoes was a Happy Ending! LOVE the arch support and heel support for my occasional problem with plantar fasciitis. Heading to U.S. Virgin Islands soon. Can't wait to really give these shoes a workout!

This is my third pair of these shoes. First pair still in great condition but I wanted some in other colors and also wanted an extra pair in case these go out of style. I can wear these shoes all day without any discomfort. Some reviewers have complained about stiff straps but they soften up fairly quick.

Can't speak highly enough about Vionic 'products'. I say 'products' because I have been pleased with both their shoes and their orthotics. Long story, short: Developed an achilles tendon problem because of over AND under pronation. As I got older, this resulted in painful heel bursitis (unable to walk when this flared up), micro-tears where the achilles tendon joins the heel and eventually, knee problems. Surgery had been suggested (which I refused), then therapy (which was somewhat helpful but very time-consuming on a daily basis), orthotics, (of which I spent hundreds of dollars on and have a very impressive collection of); they helped here and there BUT do not work in 'all' shoes, so I would have to mix and match and sometimes even use two different orthotics in one pair of shoes! I then researched and tried 'prolotherapy' (very successful) BUT it only lasts 5-7 yrs AND doesn't correct the 'problem', which just continues to create more wear and tear on all the above mentioned areas. And then I found Vionic...OMG...their shoes fit me PERFECTLY, like they were made-to-order just for me. Not only that, I'm noticing that the other muscles in my feet and knee, that obviously were weak and/or atrophied because I wasn't using them correctly, are now getting stronger; it actually feels like I've had a work-out on my feet and knees. Also purchased the 'Active Maximum Support' orthotic which has replaced ALL my other orthotics. They fit in every 'closed-toe' shoes I have and give me the same support that Vionic shoes do. I'm so thrilled to have found this product; has made my life so much easier/happier around this subject...very freeing! The only thing I could hope for is more 'dress-up' shoe designs to replace my 'sensible' heels for evening wear and/or orthotics that would fit into the dress-up heels I already own. Vionic, are you listening? :) Bottom-line, I could not be more pleased. <3

I love love love this sandal. I have bought 3 pair so far! I realized I needed to go from a 10 to a 9 after the first pair and I got a good fit there even with my long toes. This sandal has the best arch support and over all support of any sandal I have found. Usually I cannot wear a slip on because of the stress it causes on my feet. The adjustable strap over the arch keeps this shoe snug on my feet when walking so I do not have to clench my toes to keep the shoe on which causes pain after a short time (as with flip flops etc). My foot feels secure and so well supported I can wear this sandal all day without any foot pain. I have had plantar fascitis and want to avoid that ever again! I think this is a nice style that can go with any casual attire. I wear them around the house because they are light weight and comfortable. I just ordered a Vionic Orthaheel insert for my tennis shoes to get the same arch support and comfort of these sandals.

These sandals offer very good arch support. I usually wear a 10½-11N shoe but ordered these in a 10 and they fit great. They were comfortable from the start.

I love these shoes. I had an issue with the first pair, the toe strap broke, but Zappos credited them and I bought another pair. They are very comfortable.

Love these shoes. I have very narrow feet and these fit just fine. I do have the adjustable strap as tight as I can without it scraping on the floor, but the other straps that aren't adjustable aren't too wide. The straps have a soft layer underneath(that touches the foot), and they aren't too stiff to be uncomfortable. I don't even realize they're there. I always love Orthaheel and am very happy with this style.

I like the straps and bits of color. The fit is snug which I like. I have a bunion on one foot and the straps do not bother it. I have plantar fasciitis and these work well and I can wear them for hours at a time without my heel hurting. I cannot wear them all day though, at some point my heel starts to feel uncomfortable. Too bad they did not make the foot bed just like the Tide sandal, those I can wear all day with no pain in my feet. I usually wear a size 8 M shoe, I wear a 7 in this style and the Tide style.

You may not believe this, but I have ordered four pairs of this style. I need extra arch support and these are the best feeling sandal Ive ever owned. So glad I found them. I do wish they came in solid black, but loving the other two colors.

I'm loving these! I have difficult feet - long, very narrow (both in regards to width and height - ie. sandal straps usually sit at least an inch above the top of my foot), and I need arch support or I'm dying almost immediately. I have the velcro strap tightened as far as it can go, but they actually stay on my feet and the other straps aren't too bad either. Arch support is fantastic. I usually wear a 10.5 or 11, but I got a 10 in these and they fit just fine. I also tried on the Vionic Cascade in a 10 and they fit as well, but I felt that the Mojave was more stable on my feet with the additional strap higher up on the arch. Pricey, but these are the first pair of sandals I've been able to wear all day on vacation without major pain in a very long time, so I'm glad I splurged!

Vionics are the best. I love these shoes and highly recommend especially of you have issues with your feet and back order 1 size down.

Love these sandals! Great arch support. These are the most comfortable sandals I own and I will be wearing them a lot this summer. Well worth the money.

I bought these sandals two years ago to help with plantar fasciitis. They are the best I have ever worn. I walked all over the foothills of Israel in them and never had a twinge of pain. I order a size smaller for me as they run large. I have six pair in various colors. I own several other styles of Orthaheel shoes as they are so supportive and stay supportive for so long. Best prices I can find are on Zappos!

I highly recommend these! I bought mine (elsewhere) over a year ago (13-14 months). They are the best shoes I've ever had! I live in Florida, so I practically live in these. They are off when I sleep and I don't wear them to work...otherwise, they are on my feet! They still look and feel great! I'm shopping for another pair only because the toepost on one of them is wearing thin. They initially cost more than some, but, considering that I have basically lived in them 8 +/- hours a day for 13+ months, that's a good value. I dread throwing them away, because they still look so great, but I can't wear them without the toepost! I wash them with mild soap and water and let them air dry. The leather has not faded. The rubber around the edge of the insole shows a little wear and you can tell they have been walked on by looking at the bottom, but I guarantee no one would guess I've had them as long and worn them as much as I actually have. Buy them!

I also have chronic plantar fasciitis and these sandals are just wonderful. Yes, the straps felt a little stiff at first, but after wearing running shoes with socks all winter, my feet were quite tender, and so it took a couple of days for my feet to get used to wearing the straps without socks. But after that, these are the best and most supportive sandals I have ever worn. I wish they came in more colors.

These sandals are absolutely perfect for me. I have very low arches & bunions. The shoe gives great support with great comfort. It actually energizes, not to mention how attractive the sandal is. I would highly recommend.

My foot Dr. said no more flip flops from Wally World! I have to have flip flops! I live in a warm climate and my feet hate "shoe" type shoes...He recommend Orthoheal and a friend did as well... Pleasantly surprised to find this type of shoes under Orthothics - thought immediately of the black heavy shoes my Grandma wore... I was was very skeptical but the pain and promise of comfort won out. These are great! no more heel pain and stylish, yet comfy! LOVE these! Used these as my test pair I will now order a couple different types and get rid of my cheapie flip flops that I used to love so much!

Bought these because of the other great reviews, arch support, and color. Wanted them for a trip to Mexico. They were wonderful. They were so wonderful that once my sister tried them on in Mexico, she kept them for the week and gave me her flip-flops.

Very comfortable with great arch support! The toe piece felt a little stiff at first, but that softened up after wearing them around the house for a few hours. As a person with Plantar Fasciitis I am very particular about my shoe purchases. This pair will get lots of wear. I almost exclusively buy Vionic Orthaheel shoes.

Bought my second pair! Absolutely love these sandals! No need to wear sneakers for walking (hate sneakers!). These sandals are perfect!

Other reviews stated the shoe runs large. I wear 7.5, so I ordered size 7 and it is too short. I will try size 8.

I love these shoes and have them in two colors. No need to break them in. I've already walked many miles in them.

I love these sandals! I was looking for an orthotic sandal because of foot, ankle and knee problems, but I also have a narrow foot, and can't wear sandals with a strap around the ankle. I was unable to find any narrow orthotics that were stylish, but this sandal has an adjustable strap across the top that I am able to adjust so that the sandal is not loose. The strap also holds my foot in place so that the sandal stays secure, not like a flip flop. I've gotten many compliments on the style.

I have lived in these shoes all summer. I cannot walk around barefoot and many sandals leave my feet hurting. With all Orthaheel, it takes a few weeks to get used to the high arch; however, after you break them in, they feel great and you can tell when a different shoe does not support your feet that same way. Orthaheels are terrific!

These are fantastic! I have some severe ankle issues and am constantly in pain, I put these on and the pain is greatly reduced. They are cute and have great support, I will definitely by more.
