My shoes fit great, look great! I am very pleased. Has the same great orthaheel arch but look like dress shoes. Very pretty.

I've heard Orthaheel shoes are highly recommended and I know why now! I love these! I have lots of spine, leg, foot problems and these are so very comfortable! And they're cute, too! Hard to find comfortable and cute. And Zappos service is great!

The more I wear these the more I love them. I might go back for another color. They do fit a little wide for me but my foot is a bit on the narrow side. Not enough to wear a narrow width though. Since October I had achilles tendon problem after resolving a plantar fasciitis problem. All the Orthaheels I tried on made the pain from the tendon go away. It is now healing at last. I do wish there were more options for closed toed shoes that were cute and more sandals with back straps. I can not wear a slide or flip flop, I need the support of the back strap.

These are cuter than I expected and work well with my dress pants. I usally wear a size 8.5 and these fit perfectly. The arch support could be a little better in this style compared to the Orthaheel slippers and sandals.

Adorable shoe and comfortable. I'm a big fan of Orthaheel and have multiple pairs. While the Arcadia didn't disappoint, I did have to tweak them. First, I found the insert supportive but there wasn't enough cushioning for the ball of the foot area. The insert also made noise as some other reviewers have mentioned. So I put in a pair of the Orthaheel Oh Shock Absorber inserts and walked around Disneyland for 2 days with no sore spots. Buying an orthotic shoe and having to switch inserts ended up being a lot of money to spend on a casual shoe, but the end result was good enough that I'll probably do it again with a pair of Black Arcadias.

Ratings are for the 'Black' which is really the Arcadia I, now fazing out. Arch is where it should be. I have to wear with socks as the inside edges around rim are rough and back heel slips/rubs a very tiny bit on my narrow heels. The arch is not as high and firm as the Tide sandal but still is much better than other closed shoes. For me, with socks, the 'Black' is extremely comfortable for around the house and errands. It does not have enough cushioning for long walks. Sadly, I have to return the 'Black/Gray' which is the current style as the arch is too far back, actually under the heel. Black/Gray was very uncomfortable; I will assume the 3 other colors in the current style also have misplaced arches. Size 6.5 is true to size for Arcadia except for placement of arch. I wear size 6 in the Tide which is 'fit perfection' for me. Love Zappos for such speedy delivery and easy, free returns!

I wanted shoes for walking on my trip to New York, but I did not want the look of tennis shoes. I wish they had a little more arch support but I was happy with my choice.

These are nice shoes, but they did not hold my feet in. I have flat feet and thought that the arch support is great.

These shoes are super comfortable. I had to go down a half size and they are a little wide, but that is okay because I wanted to wear them with socks and jeans for sightseeing during my trip to NYC. Looks cute and a lot better looking than tennis shoes, but feel like comfy tennis shoes.

I've worn the black this 2012-2013 winter which was 6 months of almost every day use. There's no sign of wear. But, I also wore them without socks to work and boy did these shoes make my feet sweat and stink. In all my 65 years this is the first shoe to do that. That's the bad news.
The good is that the insoles come out and I've thrown shoes and insoles in the washer with borax and baking soda with my everyday wash. Shoes came out like new and without the smell...for two days.
Yes, this is an expensive MaryJane but yes, you'll probably get your money's worth especially if you have bum arches like mine and trying to avoid surgery. I just wish Dr Weil would make a more attractive (and less expensive) work shoe.

I was excited to give these a try for arch support based on the reviews. The fit was great but the style/material of the ones in black looked extremely cheap, along the lines of something that you would see at a discount off brand store. I returned them and may try another color & style. As always, Zappos was great to work with.

Nice shoe and I really wanted them to work but unfortunately I need a good arch support and these do not have much of an arch support. I was surprised but just how "normal" of a shoe they were rather then the brand catering to those people who need more out of a shoe. The cushion for the sole of the feet was nice, however.

I really wanted these shoes to work! They are cute enough to wear with a dress/skirt and have a nice wide toe-box. Unfortunately they slip so much at the heel, that I found myself walking funny to keep them on. I almost considered layering two back of heel cushions, but realized that was a sure sign they needed to go back. I also didn't like that the insole wasn't attached in anyway - it kept moving around and squeaked when I walked!

When I first bought this shoe, I left positive feedback saying I loved it. However, I had only worn it for short hops in and out of the car at that point. The first time I wore the shoe to work where I stand all day, I was in terrible distress. My bunions, arches, and ankles all ached! What was even worse is that the back of the heel not only comes up too high (which before I thought was only a minor annoyance) but also slants inwards slightly. After wearing them for half the morning, I had bloody spots on both ankles where the back of the shoe was digging in. I had to call my husband to bring me a change of shoes! Since then I've removed the insole and replaced it with my own orthotic, and had a cobbler cut 1/4" off the back of the shoe and restitch it. Now I don't mind them since I can wear my own orthotic and they are wide enough to fit my bunions. But I wouldn't recommend that anyone buy this shoe!

I love this shoe. The style and fit was great, but it made my feet really hot because of the material. Sorry to send it back.

This shoe is cute and it felt so good. I got them to wear on vacation where I knew that I would be doing a lot of walking. They felt great. I didn't have the slightest flare up of my plantar fasciitis but, and this is a big "but", they did not hold up. I have never had a pair of shoes fall apart like this and definitely in the short time that I had had them. They are going back today and I have had them less than a month. The leather like fabric on the toes and strap have completely disintegrated. I wish I could attach a photo. I am so disappointed in Orthaheel's quality.

I really like these shoes. I've worn them for a month already, almost every day. I need the extra support and happily it's there without looking like an orthopedic shoe. Because I'm actively training my dog and gardening occasionally in the shoes, they've gotten dirty and I haven't yet figured out the best way to clean them. I'm considering getting another pair for "good." I'm a 10 medium; the fit is right on.

I bought these in anticipation of walking around NYC all day for 5 days. They were perfect (albeit hot, only because temps reached 100). These shoes significantly helped with my PF. I was not in any pain any of the 5 days while in NYC. Highly recommend, assuming you don't mind the style.

I LOVE these shoes! I bought a pair to test out before a recent trip to Europe. The test run went so well that I bought two more pairs before the trip. I suffer from plantar fasciitis, but these shoes allowed me to walk as much as ten miles in a day with no pain! The only thing I will say is that the shoes can get hot because the canvas doesn't breathe well. Perfect for winter/fall/spring and chilly Europe, but I probably won't wear them in the summer time. I also recommend Orthaheel flip flops and sneakers.

Most comfortable shoes ever! And I have bad feet. Price was good too. I will be ordering more. Had to go a 1/2 size down though.

Great, comfortable shoes. A bit of a squeak in the insoles, which is unfortunate but bearable. So super supportive and comfortable that I wear them regularly. A must buy - not sexy, but super practical.

Love these shoes! I had severe back pain for several months and I work in retail wearing high-end ballerina flats on a hard wood floor for 9 hours. I wasn't sure what I was going to do. I researched online and came across this brand and these shoes have been perfect! The problem is, I've been wearing them 24/7 so I need to get another pair! I've been able to work my entire shift with no pain in my lower back and in addition, they are cute! They work well with both my uniform (a designer, black suit) as well as with workout pants or even shorts...so versatile!

This is an excellent shoe for anyone who needs arch support. Very good toe box. If the sole were thicker, this shoe would be near perfect.

I just don't care anymore about how I look in these shoes. They feel that good. I am 55 years old and how my feet feel are a great concern to me. I will no longer wear uncomfortable shoes and definitely will not wear spiked heels anymore. Even the squishy thong-type sandals are not this comfortable. This is my third pair of Orthaheels and my first Maryjane type style and they feel wonderful. I would rather wear these than go barefoot, that's how good the support feels. No leg pain. No knee pain. Thanks Orthaheel, but could you work on the styling a little bit. Maybe not so clunky would be nice...
