Platinum color wears off under feet quickly (few wearings) leaving a black foot print, hard to find shoe polish to match, not happy. No problem in the black.

Buyer beware, The bottom of the shoes has no rubber, it is a felt bottom. If you wear these on tile, hard wood, or in a mall you will slide and fall like I did. I was wearing these around the mall and the felt bottom slid, causing me to fall and hurt my ankle. No where did I remember reading that these flip flops had no rubber grip on the bottom. Super cute flip flops but I am scared to ever wear them now in case they give out under me and cause me to fall again.

Really cute sandals but I had to return them because of the strange fit. They were the right size lengthwise but gave me a little too much room under the strap and I don't have narrow feet. The biggest problem was the strange suction that the shoe formed under my arch with each step making a lot of embarrassing sounds while walking. Thanks to Zappos awesome customer service and return policy!

Slip 'n Slide...no thank you! Cute design, but horribly uncomfortable. I ordered my standard size/width, but everything was "off." The footbed has a very strange shape too...as if much too narrow around the toes. Also, the beaded decoration scratches the top of your foot. Sorry, these are going back tomorrow!

These are absolutely awful. The beading on top cut both feet to the point where they were bleeding. I complained directly to Kenneth Cole. I sent the shoes to client services as instructed (at cost to me). I received a scripted message that "there are no manufacturing defects," therefore they are not responsible for any replacement. It seems with all the negative posts about this product, we cannot all be wrong. I threw the sandals in the garbage. In retrospect, I should have taken pictures of the bleeding feet (which now are scared) and sent them along with the sandals when I returned them to their client services department. I definitely will not buy a Kenneth Cole product again!
