I like love these boots. I got so many compliments. They are worth every penny. I love Zappos customer service reps. The young lady sold me the boots at a cheaper price that I had found on another site. Talk about great customer service...awesome job!

These are beautiful boots! Guaranteed to get compliments if you wear them - from everyone! A small break in period, 2 days, and they fit like gloves now. Love them!

These boots are truly gorgeous AND comfortable! I didn't find them to be too snug in the ankle or shaft (I am athletic) as some reviews have said. These are way more comfortable than Frye boots for me. This is a very stunning statement boot that I can see going with dresses and jeans alike. Wow! I cant take my eyes off of them! I've loved boots since I was pre-school and I'm now middle-age. Okay, I'm a boot collector and I love every boot I own and I own dozens of boots from Dior, Gucci to Freebird, Old Gringo and any boot in between as long as it's comfortable and has style. These are by far, the coolest boots in my collection. I'd consider the style, western/modern. I'd been looking for the perfect boots to ride my new Harley chopper and Wow! Right out of the box, they were a perfect fit and comfortable. I was worried after reading different reviews that intimated there were 2 styles out there and some buyers weren't getting the style they had ordered. Well, I did some research and yes, there are 2 styles with the same color & design, blk/beige. One has a pointy toe and a higher heel style # L903-17, while the other has a round toe and a lower heel L903-? I can't remember what the latter was but I made sure I was going to get the style # I wanted! However, after I ordered, I continued to research and realized that many of the stores weren't aware there were 2 different style numbers and some pictures didn't include the style#. So they might show a picture of one style and send you the other style which is what happened to a buyer from amazon and a few more from other store reviews. So I immediately called and was told the boot in the picture was the one I was receiving not the boot in their online video. Still I was worried because at first the agent didn't understand what I was requesting. But I was determined he find that style number and he did. So if you are going to spend a ton of money on these boots, do your research and make sure it's the style you want. I need the height so of course I wanted the 2 3/4 heel or is it 2 1/2. Who cares, they are gorgeous!

Absolutely stunning boot. Fits like a glove (true to size for my average size 8 foot). I also have the Old Gringo Maya and while both are narrow through the shaft (and therefore a little difficult to get on), these are easier to slide on that the Maya's.

I absolutely love this look and was so excited to get them. All the reviews were amazing and so I thought this would be perfect match! Then I put them on and they were so uncomfortable on my feet that sadly I had to return them. I usually wear a 9, and I ordered a 9.5 and still too small. There was also a weird raise in the footbed of the right boot that made it impossible to wear.

I wear a size 5 and have a normal to thin calf. I couldn't even get these on! Pretty boot but poor fit.

Beautiful but too high for my taste. I am looking for more feminine mid calf Cowboys narrow on the calf boots!
