Runs narrow for my foot that hangs over the side.

I have been ordering this same sandal for several years and always very pleased. I ordered one a few months ago, and it came apart after a short time. So, I tried again and it feels like the same thing is happening with this new pair. I'm not sure if I need to super glue it? I'm so disappointed.

These were true to size, but the thong strap seems too small and because of that they pinched badly between my toes. They are really cute, but uncomfortable from the first step I took A deal breaker so back they go.

This shoe is comfortable and cute, but I returned them and kept "Flojos Carley" instead. The heel height on these was lower than I wanted, and the footbed did not offer as much support. I have very high arches, so I need a shoe with some arch support. If "Custard" had that and a higher heel, I would have kept them instead. I didn't measure it, but the heel on this feels lower than 2 inches. That or "Carley" is higher than 2 inches. They are listed as the same height, but do not feel like it. "Custard's" straps are prettier and more comfortable than "Carley's," too. My perfect shoe would have "Carley's" footbed and "Custard's" straps.

These are really cute & I love Yellow Box shoes, I have several pairs but the navy blue on these rubs off on the bottom of my feet & looks awful! Not the quality I expect from Yellow Box. That's why I only gave them 3 stars!

I wore this very model for about 2-3 months and wanted to say they lived up to the hype my friends gave them. The crystals dress up the traditional "flip-flop" just enough for a casual day around town, where you want a comfortable shoe for hot weather. But right around the two month mark, a couple of the crystals fell off. I removed one from the side and stuck it on to the place where another had fallen off, because I liked them so much and wanted to keep wearing them. Then the thong part came out, totally and irreparably. I didn't even wear them every day, maybe only twice a week and not for more than 4-5 hours, so I was disappointed with the quality. At full price, I would say they aren't worth it. On sale, you'll love them if you consider them a short-term resident of your shoe closet!

Comfy and stylish but one of the stones fell off already. Disappointed in that. Looks like a brilliant smile with a tooth missing.

These are not for narrow feet,the strap is loose and would make your feet move around. I am a 6 in most shoes and sandals, I ordered 5½ but that is still loose. The length still works at 5½ but the straps did not tighten. I tried checking out 5 but there is no more size 5. The footbed is nice and squishy and does not feel high. I used them in Downtown Disney walking around and they did not hurt.

I LOVE the look of these, but after wearing them several times some of the gems are falling off and they just don't really bend well while walking. Which is disappointing after spending a lot of money. I wish I could return them.

Love these shoes - however - if you wear them a lot the strap between the toes breaks! This happened to me twice! Zappos has been great about it. Too bad because I really love these shoes.

These shoes were cute! I was in a wedding, and the bride loved hers, so I ordered a pair for later in the evening... Mine were not so comfortable. I wear flip flops all day, most days, but I could not take the toe thong for long.. very uncomfortable. and the straps come up pretty far on my foot, making it seem larger, I felt like I could loose my shoe any moment...They fit very loose. So, Okay but not great on the comfort, loved the bling. I am looking for a pair of Reef's with bling.....

I was looking to replace a pair of flip flops that my dog chewed up. These look very similar to the destroyed pair. Based on reviews I went ahead and purchased them. The sole is very firm - not cushiony - which some of the reviews said they were form fitting. I love the wedge, as I'm short and these help give some height without looking ridiculous. After wearing all day, my feet do hurt, but again, they're flip flops, not sneakers. But for $55 I would hope for a little more comfort. I got the same size as my other pair, size 6. Even though it says the width is medium, a small portion of my feet hang over the insides and my heel is right on the edge.

Good and bad things to say about this sandal. The color is the same gorgeous midnight blue as shown. Rhinestones are small but seem firmly attached and have an understated sparkle. Sandal easily could be dressed up or down. They fit true to size. Cushiony but not squishy footbed. Just what I wanted for a resort vacation. Wish I could keep them, but they literally made me ill. Lots of shoes made in China of synthetic materials have a bad smell when you open the box, but it usually goes away. Sadly, the odor of these was so overwhelming and toxic I couldn't stand to be in the same room with them. Thought they might air out, but every time I tried them on, same thing. Finally boxed them up and put Zappos box in the garage. Very disappointed because I really like the style. I'm sensitive to smells, so maybe it's me or I got an atypical pair or am giving up on them too soon, but I'd rather go with a style I like less. Bottom line: My 2 stars is based on the odor issue. Without it, I'd go for a 4 or 5 (or at least wear them long enough to make a better judgment of wearability). If you like them, take advantage of Zappos free returns and try them. I will look for other reviews and hope others have more favorable results.

I wore the sandals once outside and they are fraying at the edges. Not good quality for the price.

These are cute but the inside soles are so hard that it feels like steel. Hard to believe since they are foam. Sending back.

Bought these shoes to wear with swimsuit or skirts in Hawaii. Big mistake not to have worn them some before the trip. They were cute but painful. The top of the sandal was loose and not a tight fit on my foot so it rubbed two raw, bleeding blisters where the 'Y' came together on my foot! Ouch! They were terrible. Was going to just throw them away, but the cleaning lady wanted them. I showed her what they had done to my feet. Maybe if you have a "thicker" foot, they would fit more snug and wouldn't rub back and forth so much to cause such pain?

I love Yellow Box sandals and own about 4 pair. The sparkle in the gemstones they use is the best I've ever seen and density of the soles is fabulous and last a long time. I don't know if it was just this one pair or style but it ran a good 1/2 size smaller than my usual size in other Yellow Box sandal styles. Only returning, to get a 1/2 size up. This was my first Zappos order experience and it's been terrific, even with a return/exchange -- Zappos makes it very easy and I'll definitely be a return customer!

The second time I wore these sandals, six of the rhinestones fell off! I was so disappointed because I have four other pairs of Yellow Box rhinestone shoes and never had a problem. Zappos, however, was wonderful...replaced my defective pair of shoes at no cost to me within 24 hours.
