I have a number of Dansko clogs in size 39 and they are almost too big. So I felt perfectly safe ordering these in a 39 as well. However, they are much tighter across the top and in the heel than any of my leather clogs. Also a good bit narrower - I actually checked the box to make sure they weren't a narrow width shoe. So I will be returning them and sticking with my leathers.

I love the look but I cannot get the shoes to fit. I first ordered my regular size 10, they were way too small, sent back and the next size up was still too small, I sent the second pair back and now I have a size 42 which is equivilent to a size 11-12, and I am still having issues. I have been walking around the house on the carpet but there is no stretch to this material. I will give them another week and if I still cannot get them on without a shoe horn, I will have to send them back. Too bad, as I love the way they look. Zappos should really speak to the manufacturer about this, I have never had a problem with any shoes that I have bought from Zappos but this pair is ridiculous.

Just got these shoes today! Fabulous really...good support good cushion walking I love them! Had them on all day as soon as they arrived I put them on!

One of my favorite pair of shoes. They are comfortable, and most of all, VEGAN. Thanks to Dansko for having a vegan choice!

I have these in the taupe color and my only complaint is I just can't stop wearing them! I have lots of shoes but I always reach for these when I want to be sure I will be absolutely comfortable. I have had them for two years now and they are slightly worn, but still quite serviceable. I still get compliments in them. Leather Danskos tend to be right in my instep but these are just perfect . Next year I am going to buy the cute flowered ones! And I may get the black oiled canvas for winter.

Love these! This is the 3rd pair of Dansko shoes in my wardrobe. The are very comfortable. I work on concrete all day with lots of walking and these shoes as well as the other Danskos I have keep my feet very happy.

Really love these. Very comfortable to wear all day. I've been wearing slip on Danskos for years and these aren't slip ons, which I have to remember when I'm running late. Will buy these again and again. So glad to have a vegan option that is so comfortable.

At first they felt really different from traditional Danskos and my heels slipped in them, but I'm glad I gave them a chance because they felt totally normal in no time and were great for traveling. Very comfortable with bare feet and they seem lighter and less clunky than other Danskos.

Great Danskos support! I have difficult feet and long, narrow, roll in, my knees hurt when I wear anything other than super shoes. These are super! Evidently, I'm now a 43 in leather Danskos, which excludes woman's styles. (I think I'm still 42 in Sanitas.) However, these run bigger, so they're just right. I can't explain how Danskos work on my narrow feet, but they do -- if you can fathom shoes that work differently, give these a shot. Seems to me these also give less elevation than traditional professional leather Danskos, which for me is a plus. If you're looking at a style with white rubber "nose," you should know that it does scuff immediately. Sockless canvas shoes sometimes get stinky, but no trouble with these so far.

I have severe rheumatoid arthritis and these shoes are amazing for me! I have purchased several pairs of them. There is good sole cushioning; the canvas stretches and forms over my painful toes and they fit well around the heel for security. My heel lift even fits inside. I wish that all Dansko shoes were consistent in the way they fit so that I could have more colors! Love them!!

I previously bought this same style of Dansko in a light blue and pink color. I love them all! They are comfortable, as Danskos are. They are easy on and off. I can walk in them comfortably, which is not always true for many shoes. I was really happy to find them in black. Highly recommended!

I love them, I did have to return the first pair because I ordered the wrong size. The return process was so simple.

I love these shoes. They are the most comfortable shoe I own. I have problems with my toes due to foot surgery and most shoe styles are painful. Not with this shoe. I wish they came in other fun colors for summer.

I have two pairs of these shoes and I absolutely love them. They have replaced sneakers as my summer everywhere shoes. Your feet can breath in these shoes, but unlike sandals they protect your toes. They are also extremely comfortable if you're on your feet a lot. But be warned the sizing is a bit strange and varies from shoe to shoe. The first pair I bought was a size 38 and they fit great either barefoot or with light socks (I take 7½ shoes). When I bought a second pair in size 38 they were so big it felt like I was wearing shoeboxes on my feet. I sent them back and ordered a size 37 pair, but they were still a bit overly roomy.

Love these shoes. I bought them in the khaki palm leaf last year and liked them so much I decided to get the black. Very comfortable and true to size. Great for walking.

This is a great casual shoe! I wear them with skirts also. I am heavy and they are supportive and have plenty of toe and forefoot room for the wider foot. I highly recommend these shoes especially if you have alot of walking to do on the job.

Comfy, cute & cruelty-free! So comfy that I don't even notice I'm wearing shoes when I have them on. Love them!

I wear a standard ladies 7 and the 38 fit. They were so snug at first, I thought I was going to have to return them. I shoe horned my foot into them and wore them around the house for a day or two until they loosened up and began to fit like the standard clog. They are softer than the regular dansko. The soles are softer and more comfortable. After breaking them in, my heel is sliding easily like it's supposed to in a clog. The plus is I don't feel like I'm going to turn my ankle as easily as I have a tendency to do in the regular Dansko clogs.

I got this shoe because I wear custom orthotics and it has a removeable insert. But it is so comfortable WITH the insert! This is the one and only shoe that I have been able to wear without my orthotics since I broke my foot 5 years ago.

I love Danskos. These are great. I bought them because I bought them in purple last summer and loved them. The canvas is fun. I have a very high arch and bone on the top of my foot. I can only wear thin socks with them due to this. They will be great in summer with no socks and I am sure they will stretch, too. Very comfortable, great arch support. Great with jeans or pants or sporty skirts in summer.

Once you get the right fit, they're fabulous. I have severe back issues and Dansko shoes help a lot!

I tore my ligament in my right foot making walking for any amount of time painful. My doctor recommended the Skechers Shape Ups which just did not work out for me. I came to Zappos hoping to find an alternative and Dansko showed up under similar items. These were affordable, cute and very comfortable. I can chase my toddler again in style. Thank you for the recommendation, Zappos!
