Loved this bootie. Had to return because the run one size larger and too wide. Will change for smaller size and width. My size 11WW.

Very comfortable boots! I bought to wear on a trip to Ireland, and walked all over the place. No sore spots, and enough cushioning to keep my feet from hurting. They run a little roomy but I wanted that so I could wear thicker socks, or you could add inserts for more arch support. The laces come loose if they aren't tied tightly; they're round laces. Overall I'm very pleased with these boots.

Comfortable out of the box. There is a decent arch support. More than a ballet flat and it has a soft sole. There was something scratching my heel that has resolved with some wear.

These shoes are cute and comfortable. My only slight worry is about the roominess of the toe box, to not aggravate my hammer toes. But overall, the shoes are just what I'd hoped.

The material from end (tip) of shoe to opening in front is not long enough so my toes kept falling out of shoe. Otherwise shoe was lovely and soft.

Initially ordered an 11 wide because of bunions but they were really huge. Ordered again in 10 1/2 wide and still gape on my foot but are a big improvement. A 10 would probably be too short. I really liked the color and style.

These are comfortable shoes. They are larger and wider than sized, almost loose looking in width (I use wide and even so); excellent arch support only because they have removable insoles to allow for orthotics. The leather has a bit of a shiny, plastic look for the price.

I bought these in a 9WW which is my usual size. They have a wide toe box and are very comfortable. They are quite wide over my arch, so that when I tie them the top of the shoe folds in a bit.

These are a great pair of boots the leather is very soft; however, I ordered a half size up because my usual size was unavailable and they were to big slipped up/down on my feet, had to return.

Very comfortable, although a little snug around the ankle (probably wouldn't bother anyone else but me!) Seems to be made of quality material, moderate traction without the "combat" look to it. This shoe would have been a staple in function! It runs just slightly bigger than I expected, and I think it would stretch out just a tiny bit with time (as most shoes do)- so I am sending it back. I might consider ordering it in the future with the correct measurement!

I ordered this shoe a half a size down in a 7 1/2 ww. I have problem feet/bunions, but this shoe was too loose on my foot. The 8 (my regular size) was falling off my feet even when tightly tied. Too bad, I really was looking forward to wearing them.

These boots were very hard to fit. I finally got a size that works after 4 tries. thank you Zappos. the first pair I ordered were huge so I went down a half size, still too big. I finally ordered 2 pair, one another 1/2 size down in the wide I have always worn and another in the second size only in a medium width. actually both of these seemed to fit okay. I selected the full size smaller in the wide width. the width is roomy but with nice warm heavy socks it works. they aren't the most stylish things but that wasn't what I was looking for. I wanted a nice leather bootie that would be comfortable and warm but not a snow boot. So far so good. they don't have much arch support but I will have to see how the comfort is after wearing a while.

Wish this shoe would come in a narrow in the size 12.

This is a comfortable shoe but does give me enough support. It felt wide and squishy and my foot slipped to the outside

These shoes were great in theory and I like the stretchable design but they fit strangely. Sadly they weren't that comfortable. I had ordered the wider shoe and it was swimming on my feet, so I went down and it was too tight and looked to small. I couldn't find a happy medium. The strap over the vamp on my foot was ok, a little tight but I have a high vamp. I wish they would have worked.

All the reviews are right that this is a really comfortable boot. I have bad bunions and ended up happiest size-wise with a wide width. The boot can also accommodate orthotic inserts. In the end I decided to send it back though. I wanted to wear them under pants and the waffled rubber bottoms and the quality of the leather make them look to much like an athletic shoe to me.

Needed something I could wear with heavy socks, this works. But I feel like a lumber jack sometimes. They don't have any flex.

Although several people mentioned this shoe runs quite large, I made a mistake ordering it in my regular shoe size instead of a half size larger. Not enough room for winter socks. Not very comfortable at ankle.

These seem to run at least a half size long. They are also too wide for my very narrow heels.

So ugly!! Looked like ace bandages.

I'm always a size 7. These were too big allover.

Odd shape around toe box. Did not cover properly.

Do not like the way this shoe fits my foot. At the base of the tongue, the shoe had a large wrinkle when laced up. I think the shoe runs at least a 1/2 larger than others I've tried which may account for the wrinkle. But I do not like them enough to try a smaller size. Also, in the wide shoe I ordered, there was enough top width to accommodate my foot, but the shoe bed itself is not wide.
