These shoes were a lifesaver for me. I'd had ankle surgery and was required to wear athletic shoes with custom orthotics for support in the recovery period. Well, summer came and I absolutely tired of hot feet and a life without sandals. I found these "orthotic" flip flops and they were the answer. The deep heel cup and arch easily offer as much support as my custom orthotics. Took me awhile (and a few bandaids and some cushioning tape) to get accustomed to the strap between the toes, but I'm glad I persisted. They're stylish, sporty and also perfect for around the house wear -- so much more support than slippers. They've been super for me.

These shoes were recommended by my physical therapist to keep my feet supported and help my hip and knee. Oh, wow! I wish I had bought them sooner! I could tell when I first put them on that my feet/knee/hip had not been getting the proper support from my old "house" shoes because my knee and feet instantly hurt much less. These shoes are perfect for my high arches. They are a little skinny for my wide feet, but that just means the shoe size is true to its advertising. I have SuperFeet insoles in my tennis shoes, and I still followed the proper break in period - because I found it was still needed. I bought these shoes for function, not looks, but, while not stylish looking, they certainly look good with all of my casual wear. I have now had these shoes a month, and I love them more every day.

I will probably never shop anywhere other than Zappos for shoes again. What a wonderful shopping experience. First of all, they did not have the size I wanted in stock. As soon as I got that e-mail letting me know it was back in stock, I logged in, ordered the shoe and got it within a couple of days. I had to return the first pair I got because it ran a little small, but because I chose a store credit for the return I got the second pair with Overnight delivery. Good thing all the shopping sites available online aren't near as good as Zappos, or there would be a lot of sales folks out of a job! Thanks Zappos I look forward to shopping with you for many, many years to come. And this shoe... AWESOME, comfortable, my plantar fascia has not flared up since I switched to these for the summer. At first it was hard for me to pay for a pair of 'flip flops' but after having them, I know I would pay twice as much to have them!

This was a gift for my wife for an indoor shoe with arch support.. She loves them in or out of doors. And of course the great Zappos' service must be mentioned.

Really comfortable flip flop that doesn't aggravate my PF. The nubs on the footbed don't bother me like other reviewers have mentioned. The straps do rub the top of my feet a bit but it isn't enough to make me return them.
