Well-made and very nice looking, but they were tight across my toes and the vamp cut into my big toe joint. Otherwise, I liked the heel and they would have been comfortable if not for the toe box issues.

I love this shoe. It has such a nice cut and very flattering, however it is so narrow in the toe. I can't order any bigger without my foot slipping out. It would be nice if the company made a wide version

I bought this shoe along with the Veria Too (fancy sandal), Freigurg (clog) and Tanow (Pump). Comparing the Tanow Pump to this Pump, the Talera comes in leather versus Tanow's patent. So it does breather better. They are ultimately the same height, but because the Talera has a platform it does not feel as high on your foot, but does not have the same foot shortening effect of a high heel. It is rare to find a full high heel pump with a true orthotic insole. This one is lovely with it curves and a true pointy toe. As for what some reviewers find to be an uncomfortable high arch, I will say this, you have to adjust to a high arch if you are not used to it. But it is worth the effort for most because once you adjust you will find this high arch is a life saver if you need a high arch.

These shoes are amazing. I have a fallen arch and use orthotics in my shoes. When I bought these to wear to a wedding, I hadn't worn high heels for 25 years. I ordered them a half-size larger than my usual size. Lo and behold, with a shoe insert to keep my toes from rubbing and and a heel insert, they fit very well and I wore them comfortably through the evening -- without orthotics. Even danced with my nephew after two glasses of wine and didn't fall down. The merlot color is gorgeous, goes very well with this season's shades.

Wow! A stylish pump that is comfortable and supportive. I will buy more of these! I give it a 10 star rating if the rating went that high.

Great shoe and really attractive but definitely very narrow in the toe box. I am ordering a second pair a half size larger hoping that will alleviate some discomfort. I take an 8.5 regularly but at the end of the day I couldn't wait to get these off - hopefully a half size larger will help.

Liked the color and tried at the store nearby, and bought online. It is all right when I wear it, but after a few hours, left heel comes off at each step. Am not sure why it happens, maybe the heel is too high? Am still keeping it thinking probably in summer with bare foot, it might be okay. Or when my weight gets heavier, it will fit more.

This is a substantial shoe. Seems very well made, but the 12 was too long for my 11.5 foot (it did nothing to disguise the size of my foot either). So disappointed that so few brands carry half sizes above 10. Looks like it's time to give up the search for a great red pump that fits an 11.5 size foot.

These shoes are lovely. They are stylish and yet sturdy enough that you do not feel like you are teetering on a too-skinny heel. That said, the shoes run extremely small. The toe, in particular, is small. Without half sizes above a 10, tall women may have a hard time getting the right fit. I can wear an 11 medium in almost any shoes, except these. I returned the 11 for a 12. I will wear the 12 since I love the style, but they are just too big.

These are very stylish shoes. The heel looks higher than it feels (which is a real plus). They are smart for the office or for dressy occasions. However, the shoes are sturdy and stiff, they have no give. I urge you to listen to the reviewers who say these shoes run small/tight! I did not do that for some crazy reason. This shoes are, indeed, a full size shorter and a full size narrower than standard. The toe, in particular, is quite small. I returned them only to find that the next size up was sold out in most colors.

I have the Cristiana sandals, which are the most comfortable heels I've ever owned. I was so excited to try other of the Earthies shoes, but found that I agree with the reviews that say the toe box is too narrow. I tried a 1/2 size up without luck. I'm going to try a full size up, but am not hopeful in view of the reviews that suggest the shoes will slip off.

I ordered brown as it was a perfect shade but the toe box was SO uncomfortable that I had to take them back. Not bought from Zappos as store was less expensive until now. Was true to size as larger slipped in heel. Buy with caution. At least with Zappos you have a great option to return if needed. I wanted to love this shoe.

I have a pair of sandal Earthies that I bought this summer and love them. I tried the Talera on and I was so disappointed that Earthies made such a pointed toe box. Also, there is very little arch support.

Pointed toe seems to go against the Earthies philosophy - comfortable shoes that were also good for your feet. Hopefully they come out with toe boxes and heels more in line with the 'earth' philosophy and more durable outsoles.

Fabulous! Footbed is well padded. Heel has height but not too much. Heel is kind of chunky for stability. Toe shape is definitely pointed, but doesn't squeeze. These are great quality.

I can now walk. I have plantar fasciitis in both feet and with these shoes and can now walk and I always get complements on them. Good classic style and color goes with everything.

Cute but a bit clunky and cartoonish. Toe box was very uncomfortable, and I am a pretty standard B width.

This is a very pretty shoe but I have to agree with others who have said that the toe box is too narrow. I bought this in black and brown and unfortunately, I am sending them back.

I thought these shoes were the pair that I searched for months for work. They arrived the next day and all was well. I wore them the next day and they felt wide and were slipping off my heel. I purchased some heel pads and that helped at first, but within two days they would no longer stay on my feet. These shoes fit weird, which is unfortunate since they are otherwise great. They are also not inexpensive. Zappos did take them back for a return though. Thank you Zappos.

I've had the brown pair for couple of months now, and my heart breaks to throw them away. The outer leather is SO soft that there are scuff marks, and indents on the heel and all around the shoes that I am not able to repair / buff them out. It is very unfortunate as the shoe fits well and has good foot support. Unless you never touch doors, chair legs, table legs etc with your shoes, I would not recommend buying it.

These are stunning. They look so classy, are extremely comfortable. They are the first pumps I have owned and I am so impressed. I do not usually wear high heels due to discomfort, however, these are "something else". Completely amazing and absolutely beautiful. I have other Earthies shoes now and they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned.

I just opened a Pub and am on my feet all night, but want to be stylish. These are the most comfortable heels I have ever put on my feet! Will definitely order in all colors! Thanks Zappos!

I got this shoe to be a go to comfort heel for days when I'm doing a lot of walking and standing. Unfortunately the comfort doesn't match my expectations. I find that after having these shoes on for 3-4 hours they begin to rub & irritate the tops of my 3rd and 4th toes. The shoe top is very stiff and I'm not sure if it will ever soften and wear in to alleviate this issue. When I put them on the fit seems fine but something about the foot movement in the shoe through out the day just doesn't sit well. Perhaps this is an issue with the width or the height of the toe box. I wear pointed toe shoes all the time and don't have this issue with others.

The footbed is amazingly comfortable but the angle of the heel, which is very cute, makes me feel off balance. I am disappointed that I feel like I am going to slip onto my backside in a pump that feels this good. A slightly more vertical heel would have been ideal. The shoes are worth trying- some might not feel like they are going to slip on snow. The shoe itself has great support and flexibility.

Felt small and pointed toe was a little uncomfortable. I felt like they made my feet look really big but the rubber on the soles made the shoe walk really soft. I wish the toe was round. Maybe ill try a size up!
