If you have wide feet these are perfect! I have ordered WW before and had very little luck with them actually fitting. These shoes are cute, fit well and are comfortable.

For me, with a high arch & high instep, I found this shoe fit best in a half-size smaller than I usually wear. I like the casual appearance of the oiled brown leather (looks like Nubuck to me). I like 'em!

Best shoes ever! I swear i will never buy another brand for work. They are so comfortable. This is my 5th pair in 3 years because I have them in different colors. With this price, I just ordered the last two pair in my size. I’ll put them on the shelf until these wear out.

These shoes feel like butter on my feet. They are super soft and cushioned inside. Overall, a great casual shoe more formal than a pair of sneakers.

I usually wear a 7M but ordered a D width for added room with socks. I have a high instep and some arthritis in both feet. These shoes are very nice but the leather is quite stiff for my feet and were rubbing them after 10 mins. Great shoe, just not for my aging feet! I will continue to look for a softer leather. Zappos has an excellent shipping and return policy!!

Ahhhhh. Sooo comfortable. I got them to wear outside but wearing them inside until their first walk. The color is a little dusty /distressed suide, not really dark brown. They are quite casual.

Ordered a narrow. It fits over my thin foot without flapping. But it has a roomy toe box.

Loving my SoftWalk Abby! True to width, WW and probably true to size as well but I had to order it 1/2 size bigger as they were out of my size in the color I wanted. The half size bigger affect the fit in any way. They are wonderfully comfortable and so easy to slip on and off. Of course Zappo's provided me with great customer service which is always a good thing. Happy girl with really happy feet!!

I absolutely LOVE Softwalk brand. They fit well, always look nice after wearing them for a long time. I am just replacing this same exact pair from 1 1/2 years ago and they are still okay, just don't want to wait until they no longer make this style I love so much. Nothing negative at all, very comfortable and could walk for miles in them if I had to.

This is my second time to buy this shoe. I like them a lot. The new ones are tight across the arch on my wide feet, but they are leather. I am hoping they will stretch to be more comfortable quickly.

This shoe feel very comfocomfortable after working long 12hours. Except my white socks get black marks from shoes. Otherwise i am satisfied.

Liked the look and took a chance, but it was too wide. I took a chance on it as a medium, usually get a narrow. Was having a terrible time finding a black leather Mule to replace my Clarks that the dog steals for a chew toy. Part of feeling too large is probably that my foot slid all the way to the front.

Nicely made. It has a higher vamp than the Dansko's I bought to replace. And I like that. Very comfortable. I have a food that tends toward narrow and this felt nice and snug

I bought these in the oily leather to walk the dog. I needed something comfortable and easy to put on and off that would allow me to walk up to a few miles without hurting my back or giving me shin splints. So far, so good. I've had the shoes, which fit perfectly, for a few weeks and although I've yet to do a reeeeally long walk, they are comfortable, no back problems and are perfect for what I intended!

I love these shoes. They look great with jeans and are so very comfortable. I would certainly buy them again.

I love these shoes! I have terrible feet... really wide, very high arch, very high instep. Nothing ever fits well. I ordered a 9WW and wore them right out of the box all day at work, then out to dinner that night with jeans! It’s unheard of for me. They fit like a glove, snug but not tight. Will order another color soon. The style is definitely more on the casual side with the oiled brown, but you can still wear to the office.

unbelievably cushiony. very comfortable. I' wish the pattern was a little more hip, but I'm keeping them because I know they will feel great all day. I am on my feet as a doctor all day.
