These are a great choice. They are comfortable and sturdy. I have a large, wide foot (11½WW) and work on my feet (12-14 hours). These shoes are super comfortable, provide very good support and last a long time. I bought a second pair in Navy as back up. Roomy toe box. Buy them. Zappos' customer service is unparalleled! Thank you Zappos! I am 31 weeks pregnant and have been searching for a shoe to fit my expanded (width) foot. I normally wear an 11 wide and have a high instep. It's normal for me to have trouble finding cute, comfortable shoes. I ordered these SoftWalk Abby's in an 11 WW hoping they would be a winner. Well, they are! They are super comfortable and width is perfect. Zappos, thanks again for accommodating wide widths and a pregger's feet!

I have owned this shoe for a few months. It is very comfortable and I am on my feet sometimes more than 8 hrs a day. I wear 8.5M. While the shoe size is true, the shoe fits snug. I only use this with hosiery stockings. But the fact that the shoe is snug helps walking easier in this mule.

I love this shoe as I do many of the SoftWalk shoes that I buy. I have very wide feet, high instep, and need lots of room in the toe box. This shoe fills all my needs. I'm glad to see that the sole has been improved, still soft and comfortable, but I can tell it will last longer that the thin leather lining over the original egg crate sole. A good travel shoe to go through security; slips off and on so quickly and easily.

I picked these up after having some heel pain in flip flops. So far, they feel fabulous on the foot, even after walking for a while. They have the softest, most cushiony footbed of any shoes I've ever worn. Another bonus is that they look like cute boots when you see the tops peeking out below jeans.

Another great product by SoftWalk. I will use this one for work as a sales associate and for everyday activities. Love the comfort of this product.

I had two other SoftWalk shoes and both were 9 1/2 N so I was confident that this one of the same size would fit, but I was wrong. They were too short, but to order a 10 N would then be too wide. I really liked the style but had to send it back.

Very comfortable shoe! It's great for walking given its cushion and lightness. I wouldn't consider it a summer shoe given that it is also a very warm shoe.

These shoes were super comfortable from the first moment I put them on! Like walking on a cloud!

These are truly the softest Mules/Clogs I have ever owned. Highly recommend them for anyone who wants a really comfortable, casual clog.

These shoes are true to their name: they have a very soft, cushiony insole. However, I don't think they have a good enough arch support which I need. The size of length runs true. But my lovely bunions hurt at the end of the day, so I'm not sure if it's just my 56-year-old feet, or they aren't wide enough for my duck feet. I ordered extra wide.

These are amazingly comfortable, right out of the box. Not the prettiest shoes I've ever worn, but they're the ones I want to wear all the time since I got them and more comfortable than going barefoot!

I've had Softwalk Abbys before and they were awesome. They lasted for years! I have wide feet and purchased the 10.5 WW. I've never had to "break in" a pair of WW shoes before. I find the ones I bought several years ago were softer and had no need for a break-in period. These new ones were very narrow for an extra wide. So much so I had to look at the label on the inside of the shoe to make sure it was what I ordered. If I had a different pair of shoes to wear to work, I would have returned them. Now I'm just hoping they stretch out some so they stop hurting my feet.

Loved the style and fit but the soles are hard plastic and very slippery on my wood floors.

These shoes looked great but I found them to have too much padding in the insole and around the collar. This made the interior of the shoe too soft and squishy for me.

These shoes are not red! They are slightly reddish, but mostly brown in that bad reddish brown '70s way. They are quite comfortable for a store bought shoe (I have hand made shoes for my extra wide feet!). But I wanted red shoes and I am sad.

These shoes were really comfortable and I was ready to keep them ( and love wearing them). BUT then I looked at the soles and saw they were made of the hard plastic. The last time I kept shoes with the same kind of sole, I found myself dangerously slipping on wet surfaces and even the carpet when inside. Considering we average 8ft of snowfall a year and who knows how much rain, hard plastic soles will never be a part of my wardrobe again.

The memory foam cushioning makes it feel like I'm walking on clouds. Love this shoe!

Fast delivery & comfortable

Absolutely love these shoes!! I have high arches, wide feed, and was recently diagnosed with insertional achilles tendonitis. Lots of pain and inflammation in my heel area. The podiatrist recommended shoes without backs (no pressing on the inflamed area) and a little bit of a heel--around 1" or so. I ordered many different pairs of mules, and these are by far the best fit. They are amazingly comfortable out of the box!!! I've been wearing flip flops all weekend and my heel is screaming mad. I put these back on and I swear, I could almost feel my feet smile. Soon much better!! HIGHLY recommend these shoes--they're supportive yet incredibly soft!!

Love this shoe. I have an extra wide foot and the fit is wonderful. Not too tight, but not too wide either. Easy to wear, great comfort all day even when you're on your feet for long periods. I'm going back for another pair in another color!

Love these shoes! Extremely comfortable...very padded! I travel a lot and am always looking for clogs to facilitate getting through the security checkpoint with minimal hassle, but clogs are not always comfortable. They can be very hard and unforgiving if you have much walking to do. These are like walking on pillows! Love 'em!

These shoes are both cute and comfy. I'm picky about my shoes. I won't buy them unless they are cute, and my joints require soft, comfy shoes. These shoes are perfect for me. Thanks Zappos!
