With plantar fasciitis and Achilles' tendonitis, needed shoes with good arch support, and with the spring coming I opted for clogs. These are very comfortable albeit a little "clunkier" looking than I would have liked; after all, they are clogs. Compared to other more expensive options that I ended up returning, these are a good buy and look fine with my longer pants.

Comfy shoe, fits well, but the dye comes off on my toes if I don't wear socks. Also there is a "puff" sound when I walk in them. Not bad, but I notice it.

it took 3 tries to get it right. I was shipped defective shoes twice on same foot but 3rd pair are better, still a slight tightness, probably the machine had some problem on the left side. Zappos was great in returning with free shipping both ways but had to pay for another pair twice before credited

I wanted comfortable clogs for the colder months and thought that these would be perfect. After reading the reviews on these, I went ahead and ordered a pair of navy ones. True to Zappos promise of speedy shipping, the shoes arrived the next day and I tore into the box and put them on. Wow! Out of the box these felt wonderful. But after an hour, my feet started to hurt. My toes felt too cramped. I do have a bunion on my left foot, and that is where it hurt. Since these clogs are cute, sporty shoes and suit my casual lifestyle, I was determined to keep working to make them comfortable. I tried thinner socks, but I still could not wear the shoes for very long. Since I made the mistake of wearing them outside, I cannot return for a larger size. Overall, these clogs feel about half a size too small and half a size too narrow. Perhaps when I have a little extra money to spare I might buy another larger pair. Live and learn...

I almost gave this shoe an overall rating of 5 stars, but comfort is a biggie. I wore these around the house when I first got them, and because of the return policy, I couldn't test them on different surfaces. When I took them out on the street, the "egg carton" type inner sole isn't as comfortable as info leads one to believe. The bonus, these clogs do fit narrow feet. For those who have narrow feet, you know how hard it is to find shows that fit. Perhaps the inner sole takes awhile to break in; lets hope so.

I have a fairly high instep and the shoe fits very snug. Very comfortable otherwise!

This shoe is very comfortable as a walking shoe. I appreciate the width in the toes since I have a wider foot, and it has very good arch support as I have high arches. My only complaint is that it is too long, and as I was leaving on a trip, had no time to exchange for a smaller size. Very good value for the price.

The number one disappointment is I didn't feel these matched the color red shown. They are an odd shade of dark red that I don't like as much as I had hoped I would. I bought these in black last year and loved them, but the same size this year is slightly tighter. It's difficult having big and wide feet.

I have narrow feet that are hard to fit in a comfortable, slide-in shoe, yet I love the convenience of stepping into shoes. This shoe comes up high enough on my instep that I don't "walk out" of them, nor do they fall off my feet as I walk. The toe box is large enough that my feet don't feel cramped.

Stiff, bottom making my soles burn. Thry don't bend and flex and grandma looking.

These clogs are cute and nicely cushioned, but the arch support is very minimal, and once the cushioning compresses a bit, it's possible there will be even less.

I like these but they ate a little too high for casual wearing.

The right shoe was extremely stretched out. Unable to wear when one shoe is stretched out and the other is not.

I wear a 7.5C (wide, but not extremely so), I have a wide front of foot, narrow heel, & high instep which makes for a higher top of my foot, too. Initially I hoped that this shoe would work for me, but wearing them for a day proved me wrong; the arch support is not only too low, it hits my foot too far toward my heel rather than under my arch. Drat--they're cute but useless for me.

The length of these shoes is adequate, but because they are too wide despite being called narrow, my feet slid forward and my toes hit the front of the shoes.

==>> 1. The shoe color was advertised as "dark brown oily leather". The shoe I received was a medium brown nubuck leather, even though the box was marked dark brown oily leather. 2. The length of the shoe was fine. 3. The width was good across the top of my foot. ==>> 4. The toe box was not broad enough to allow my toes to spread out. Unfortunately, due to 1 and 4, I will be returning this order.

Did not like the feeling of the sole that was supposed to feel soft (or so I thought it would) -- toe box felt too narrow for me; but they did look nice. They did not feel comfortable to me.

I like wearing these and they are comfortable, but despite my going down a half-size they are still too long. Next time I will go down another half-size. The width is perfect to wear with thin socks in the winter.

This SoftWalk clog was comfortable & stylish. However, it made a loud clicking sound when I walked. I think that the top layer of the cushioned heel pad would stick to the bottom layer as I loaded the shoe, then would pop back apart as I stepped forward & unloaded the shoe. It made a noticeable clicking sound with each step. Just the left shoe, not the right. I don't know if it will go away, so sadly, I have to return. Thank goodness for Zappos easy return - it's why I keep coming back to Zappos.

I ordered wide but still could not slide my foot inside. Need to be returned.
