These didn't work for me. They were only okay for half a day, and then caused sores on top of my feet. These are like a hard plastic and difficult to remain tied. In fact, they were difficult to tie from the start. They look cool and appear solidly built, but I don't think the materials are something which will ever "break-in" and become comfortable. I threw mine in the trash after about two weeks or so.

These rule! Used to Dansko and other clogs. These feel like tennis shoes. I can work my 10 hour shifts in these with ease!

The three insoles were a good idea, but I would have thought that they would have came up with a better way for them not to slip around on the inside of the shoe, I have not had a problem with the outer sole as it does not cause any slippage. However, I had to carpet tape the inner soles down so that my foot would not slip around inside the shoe. Overall I like these shoes for the price and they have held up well in all day kitchen use, but I found the three soles to be a bit unfinished as to why they move around while you walk.

Good shoe for the kitchen. Took about three days to break in. The spacer inserts start to move after about a week. Once broken in, very comfortable.

If you're a Chef, these are a must have! I got these on 2/19/13 and they are awesome. It's true you should order a size down. I wear a 11 and a half I got 11. The spider grip oil and water slip resistance is what I was looking for! The style and look is better in person! If you pay more for the color, that's on you! I took the extra layers out feels nice with just Downtown pad in! Thanks again Zappos for keeping me in style and comfort!

I'm a chef here in Las Vegas. These shoes are very comfortable, and truly are slip-resistant. I first ordered a size 12 because that is my size. They were way too big so I returned them and got a size 11. They literally came the next day and were perfect except I really don't like the insoles. I changed them out with Dr. Scholls and they are perfect now and the price is right! I am actually looking to buy a pair of the arron sanchez ones!

Love these shoes! I am a restaurant manager for a busy Bistro and these shoes never slip or hurt throughout my long busy day!. I highly recommend. PS, I know they are man's shoes but I am a woman and get so many compliments on them.

Dude, I love these shoes. The insoles slid around a little while ripping and running through the kitchen. I recommend buying a half size smaller than you normally wear. I replaced the Mozo insoles with some custom insoles. My Mozo's are the most comfortable Chef shoe I have ever worn. I freaking love these things. I will be ordering another pair in a different style.

I love my Mozos. I am bartender and am on my feet for hours and running around the restaurant. People love the style of the shoes (I bought the men's black and white tie shoe.) Please make a tie shoe for women with the same flair. These are the best shoes ever for people on their feet.

I have been a chef for over 25 years and it is hard to find shoes that are comfortable and sturdy enough to be in the kitchen 12 - 15 hours per day. I will definitely order a couple of more pairs because as soon as I have found comfortable shoes in the past, the company would either stop production or change the style or fit. Congrats to Mozo for a job well done.

These are solid shoes. I like the Mozo Three insole fit system. The Samuellson line is good for slightly wider feet.
