These shoes fit slightly larger, but half a size smaller was not available. I liked the shoes well enough to slip a gel heel pad in back to tighten the fit. They are a great summer color and comfortable to wear all day. I will buy another some time in the future.

Somehow these were much less appealing to me in person. Usually the zappos pictures give me a really good idea of what the shoe will look like, but these surprised me. The color was not as fresh and coral-y as I expected, and the toe area was longer and more pointed than I thought it would be. It's not pointy, but the shape looks kind of dated - not rounded or pointy, but a hybrid of the two. They are extremely comfortable, though. I wish all my shoes felt this good on my feet!

These shoes are extremely cute, but super uncomfortable. Even after a lot of breaking in, these shoes gave me bad blisters and never felt quite right in the toe box (which I expected would soften up after some wearing). Sad.

Out of 3 pairs of different colors and sizes that I have tried none had symmetrical pleating detail. In every pair one shoe looked different from the other because of the angle at which the bow and pleating went across the foot. Being a desperate need of shoes for approaching warm weather, I kept one pair that seemed to fit/look best. Well, in a day I realized that aside of annoying style issue, they rub my heel and press on the toe joint badly. Tried to stretch the toe area to reduce pressure, which partially worked, but heels rub no matter what. Regret not returning them all.

These shoes were comfortable, but the bows on them were not symmetrical! The bow on the right shoe was large, puffy, and stiff. The bow on the left shoe was flat and limp--if you touched it, you could tell that it was much flimsier than the right bow. Weird. Will return these.

These shoes are among the most painful that I have ever worn. But I never would have guessed that from initially trying them on in my house. They seemed true to size. The only issue that I noticed was a little heel rubbing, but anymore that is par for the course with new shoes. I figured they needed a little bit of breaking in, and in the worst case scenario, I would add a Foot Petals heel pad. So I wore them barefoot for a few hours to a work event. I felt the heel rubbing and discovered an inch long cut where the stitches at the back had rubbed my skin. Okay, not so untypical for new shoes. I figured that I would put Band-Aids on and get used to it. The next time I wore the shoes to a full day of work. I walk, and it is a mile commute to the office. I barely made it four blocks before adding more Band-Aids. But that was the least of my worries. By the end of the day I had huge blisters on both of my little toes. I have never had that happen with any pair of shoes. My feet felt so beat up by the end of the day that I got a ride home. At this point, I do not know if there is anything that I can do to salvage these. I am very disappointed and feeling like I wasted a lot of money.

These are incredibly uncomfortable, I bought them in spring 2013, have attempted to wear them a few times and they leave blisters on my toes each time. There is a seam on the inside of the shoes that blisters my pinky toes. Also, for this brand, they seem to have no arch support and little padding. I will be switching to a different brand(s) from now on.

: These shoes were incredibly disappointing. They are cute, soft, made by a good brand, and well-reviewed, so I expected to love them. After one day at work, though, I had three enormous blisters on the balls and bottoms of my feet and red lines on the top of each foot that seemed close to turning into cuts. I do not know why I got the blisters, since I wear shoes like this all the time, but if you have high arches, do NOT order these shoes. I thought that they would offer moderate support in that area, but not only were they only slightly less flat than others, but they also really hurt the top of my feet, I believe, because of the slope of the top of my foot.

Cute shoe and very soft leather at the toe of the shoe. But the heel of the shoe was extremely stiff and the stitching was very rough. The back of the shoe cut into the back of my heel and was extremely unpleasant (and a bit painful after just a minute of trying them on). It did not seem like something that would improve over time. The leather was very stiff and I was not willing to endure the pain that would be required to break them in. Disappointed--I have had other pairs of Borns that were much more comfortable, though the flats seem to be hit or miss.
